Why? If he does you will just claim it was faked or he payed someone to do it. Your mind is made up, Spence ducked Pac. Hell the Surgeon General of the US could hold a press conference and validate Spence's injury with proof but you'd say it's a conspiracy and not believe it and claim he ducked Pac.
