I seriously cannot fathom why people are still trying to convince themselves that somehow Spence's eye injury was fake and that it's all some kind of master plan design to derail Pac. Yes, we're all angry and frustrated that this potential classic bout was put on hold at the last minute and the hype was too great for it to not happen but the backlash towards Spence is really uncalled for. People are now taking pleasure on sh#tting on Spence because of the fact that he was the one to pull out and it gives them reason to do so. The fact that people are more focused on this idea of his eye injury being fake because he was "scared" instead of wishing him a speedy recovery shows how toxic the people in the boxing community really is. Just be thankful that Spence was able to get the treatment that he needed before the fight. I can't imagine him getting in the ring against a dangerous veteran like Pac with an eye injury left unchecked and then leaving the ring with the possibility of having his career over because of it. I'm sure we'll be seeing Spence ASAP once he fully recovers, and maybe hopefully we'll finally see him against Pac or Crawford with no delays.
Why it takes 4-6 weeks to heal from a surgery like that. In some cases even a shorter period of time depending on the severity.
Exactly, that's a certified casual and fanboyish behavior. Almost everyone is upset is due to the fight being off but to throw shade on someone who has been an upstanding guy throughout his career is really exasperating.
Depends how serious the injury is, even if it was minor it wasn't advisable to get in the fight with someone like Pacman in such a condition.
This is boxing where strange things happen . Cant say if its for real or not but ive seen boxers pull out worse stunts than that so it wouldnt surprise me but most likely its true. What is fun to see is the usual double standards by the resident fanboys.
The Spence hate is getting ridiculous. Of course a guy like Spence is afraid of a 50yo off the roids Pacquaio who lost to Jeff Horn Seriously. GTFOH.
You allways crying about robberies and then you gloat that Pac lost to Horn in what was clearly a bad decision. Be consistent dude.
Lost any little respect i had for spence was trying to get out of the fight knew pac was game and pulled out Spense should never get the chance again he ran away lol
every fighter has injuries in camp pac had a torn roti yet still fought floyd Spense is suppose to be in his prime yet ducking fights
