Why haven’t we gotten a statement from any of Spence’s doctors?

It's very simple. Spence can authorize the surgeon to speak publicly and release details. We hear about athletes undergoing surgery all the time along with statements from the doctor about what was done, timelines for recovery, and when they can expect to be in action again. Literally happens ALL THE TIME in sports. When you're a professional athlete, you owe it to the fans and especially the ones who bought plane tickets, booked hotels, took time off from work, etc..

Does Spence HAVE to? No.

Should he? Yes. Even his fans would appreciate this information.

Pac fought on he didn't have an injury that would cause him to pull out of the fight. Spence doesn't need to do anything you will never change your mind on it. You think a guy fakes an injury which ruins his career high payday in a fight he was the favorite in?? Yeah makes complete sense only to Pac tards who want to desperately believe that Pac had Spence shook.

It's pretty obvious that Spence had a bad training camp and wasn't ready for what he thought Pac was gonna bring.

Spence can silence the critics. Right now, he's choosing not to. Or he doesn't have proof.

 

I feel the same way. If he wanted to duck, screw it up in negotiations or just pull a Loma and say it does nothing for his career. Loma got very little critisim for that. Don't wait 2 week prior to the fight to pull some nonsense.

 

Pac showed his was genuine, Surgeon gave details on injury & surgery. You floyd fans STILL called it fake. No its your guy facing questions I guess its different huh ???
Ive had lasik surgery for cataracts. It was done in the surgeons office . I left 45 mins later with just a park of dark glasses , no patch, & eye drops. I could see clearly again

I'm conflicted! On one hand I really don't see Spence ducking such a big fight or not being ready. We haven't really heard that Spence had a bad training camp. Then, I ask, why hasn't there been more info put out there about the injury, like a doctor or specialist that has first hand knowledge about the situation to explain what happened.

I have to agree with you here. Lance is a ****ing moron who doesn't understand the obligations fighters have with their fans.

 

I really think the Pac training videos spooked him. And say what you want about sparring, but it was still a bad look to see a small southpaw lighting him up. And he's not just fighting a southpaw. He's fighting the GOAT southpaw who also happens to look insanely determined, supremely confident, having a ton of fun, and fast and explosive in camp.

Spence is an excellent fighter who is very workmanlike. Very technically sound. But he brings no special effects, which is why I've always said that Pac would feast on him. He knew Pac would set the pace for as long as his stamina would hold. Usually Spence is the pace setter.
