Top 11-20 depending on how you try to sort the pre-film fighters. Maybe the best fighter of my lifetime based on accomplishment, altho I think Roy Jones and maybe a couple others were better at their peak.
When I think back on all the great fighters who boxed within my own lifetime the very best of them, for me personally, were Duran, Chavez and Pacquiao. When the dust finally settles on Pacquiao’s career I think he will be regarded by most as a top ten ATG.

I should sit and make a list. It's almost most fair to do two lists, make a line at Marciano or Clay or something. Fighters from 1900-50 just fought so much more and the top guys fought so many more fellow regarded greats that it's hard for fighters of the recent decades to stack up if you offer fair play to the black and white footage or no footage days. Having said all that, top 20 for sure is what I have been saying about Pac for many years now.
Nobodies rankings should change in terms of where they viewed Pac. Losses past 40 should have no bearing.
Before last Horn, Pac was in my top 100, which isn't full of the gr8est guys by the time you get to 100, but after Horn, big downgrade, not on the list anymore. Only 100 fighters can be on the list otherwise ATGizzle mean nothing. Now, Pac is nowhere near the list. He would have to best of three or five with Horn and Ugas to come back near the list for me. And at least beat Crawford and Spence after that or can we really call him the real ww champ? And if we can't do that, then why does who he fight even matter then?
