    I think the problem with Usyk at this level is that some of his work may go unappreciated because he doesn't hit hard enough to satisfy people often enough for what we expect at heavyweight. At times it just looked like he was tapping Chisoras head.

    Only one month away now fellas.

    My thoughts are still -

    Rounds 1-3 - Not much is done. I think AJ may nick 2-3 of these due to his jab/reach and Usyk starting slow and getting his range.
    Rounds 4-7 - Usyk starts to come into it more, and wins more rounds. Worries Joshua and his corner a bit more
    Rounds 8-10 - At some point Joshua lands something big, and finishes it off with some combinations.

    Usyk is on wobbly legs, backpedals to the ropes and hides behind a high guard

    AJ unloads on him but it look likes Usyk will be ok

    If Joshua wins by anyway other than a pure KO, there'll be people bitching about corruption. If it's a stoppage then people will say ref was bought. If AJ wins on the cards - "Usyk was robbed".

    Undercard is **** but the main event is a proper PPV contest. Even people who hate PPV will acknowledge this is a massive fight. Spurs stadium is class tbf. Atmosphere could be electric.

    I can see Usyk frustrating Joshua a lot, I can see Joshua hurting Usyk, even get a knockdown, and I totally expect a controversial decision (either a draw or split decision in favor of Joshua). I feel like Joshua is a bit more gunshy since his last couple of fights and might be wary of Usyk catching him, and Usyk may not be this huge puncher, but he has power and is usually precise. Then depending on if Fury win or lose the Wilder fight we may see a rematch of Joshua/Usyk.

    Are you going to completely ignore the fact that AJ dominated Ruiz in the rematch and has improved since then?

    You'll always bring back his loss to Ruiz, regardless of what he does. This even despite the fact that AJ has beaten better than Ruiz.

    Your reasoning that Ruiz slaughtered AJ so therefore Usyk will, is just stupid.
