Same here, gut feeling is it's off. Just over a month away and not a peep out of anyone involved about it, no buzz, no hype, nowt. Got the same feeling about the AJ - Fury buildup earlier in the year, was hearing all the right things but gut feeling the entire time was it wouldn't happen.
More time wasted from 2 guys who have already pissed away their best years.

Won't go ahead, and I'm not mithered about it..Not one bit. I'm getting tired of Furys antics. He's wasting everyone's time here.

No promotion. No pressers. No ads on ESPN or anything. It's like it isn't even happening. Which I think it won't. Again. And if that's the case, then Fury should be stripped. Let Wilder and Whyte fight for it.

Fury's in training and is ready for war. Not many fighters would step into a ring for a 3rd time with the biggest heavyweight puncher of all time.

Kronk Fury will take Wilder out in 6. On October 9th, we're going to see a blend of Ali's boxing skill and Foreman's power.

Ticket sales look good, on track for another huge Vegas gate. Their 2nd fight sold more in tickets than any AJ stadium fight.

Ticket sales look good? How is that? They are still trying to sell tickets on my Facebook page haha. And Ali's skill and Foreman's power? What planet are you on? Would a prime Ali go the distance with Wallin? Would Foreman ever fake Covid to push a fight back because he was fat? You Fury fans have gone off the deep end with this fraud. 0 title defenses remember?

Ticket sales look absolutely terrible. Go on the website and even take off the resale tickets and there’s chunks of tickets available in every single block bar ringside and a couple of the upper blocks.

Something to add is that in the US they tend to have a far greater sale of last minute tickets than we do in the UK. That’s not to say I think this will sell well necessarily, but it’s a different culture in that sense.

it may well sell out but to say “at the minute ticket sales look good” is a complete lie.

especially when it’s been on sale for 9 months.

Ticket sales have been shocking. Another common practice in the US is to sell a large percentage to the hotels at face value for them to sell or give to their guests. What apparently happened with the last one is they sold millions of dollars worth to the hotels and the hotels couldn’t shift enough so wanted to give loads back as they are essentially on sale or return. Coupled with the metrics the PPV was tracking to do Poorly left them up **** creek

How do they guarantee the same thing doesnt happen again?

It isnt a trilogy fight that many people actually want to see. I think that is the real root cause of the issues they are having.

If I had to put money on it I would say no, does not go ahead.

What happens after that though really is anyone's guess.

For the sake of boxing, if Fury pulls out again (for whatever reason it may be this time) I hope he is stripped of the belt and things can move forwards one way or another.

When is the first press conference? Where are the promo tours? All I see right now is then trying to sell the fight on Facebook ads, and stories about Furys daughters health. For a fight that many people are already tired of, that's not good business. Or at least it's not looking good so far. Meanwhile AJ vs Usyk sold out in hours...
