He's already near the top for me P4P so if he beats Joshua easily then yeah he's number 1 for me.

 

Only if Andy Ruiz was also a natural cruiser moving up in weight having previously cleaned out the cruiserweight division in convincingly style.

Nobody ever gets number 1 P4P status with just one good win, you need a more complete resume to get that kind of status and Ruiz Jr's resume outside of the Joshua win is quite frankly awful.

 

Yea i know, i was trolling OP and the thread. I like USYK, ive stated that many times and what hes done in the CW division is impressive. But i just dont think Beating AJ who is not even ranked in the p4p list should sky rocket him over the whole p4p rankings, especially not number 1. Like i said in a honest post, i think if he beats aj hed be top 5 in my p4p Rankings, but well see how impressive he looks first. If he struggles or doesnt win convincingly posters on here are going to have a hard time trying to convince anybody hes number 1.

 

If Usyk defeats Joshua convincingly then he would have to do it again.

 

You have a point, for Usyk to match Canelo by beating AJ he should demand a 235lb catchweight with a rehydration clause and a 4 week camp for AJ. You know, because he's not a true heavyweight.
