Think Josh might be closing in on the end. He gets himself intro great shape but he's been to the well 30 times and his fights normally go the distance. At somepoint I see Lara catching up with him again.
Not sure tbh,the bookies are giving nothing away either.warrington might not be the same but we will find out in the opening rounds probably.
Duno if Warrington has a 12 rounds of disciplined boxing in him. He’s at his best on the front foot flurrying. It could be that this is just a really bad style match up for him. Either way I think it’ll be a great fight
Warrington looks finished to me - unless last fight was a very bad one off stinker. I see the same ending unless Lara does a Lucas Browne v Rugby Player for a nice bag of loot.
Josh has gave us great nights but he looked well off the pace in his last fight v Lara- reminded me of Hatton v Senchenko. Will be rooting for him but he looks finished.
Warrington on how he was actually ahead in the Lara fight and how he visualises taking "Crazy Leeds fans around the world" This content is protected
Warrington actually had his best success when he was mid-close range. I would expect him to use raiding tactics this fight, he actually got beat up when he was on the outside and swinging wildly. Also it was the range that allows Lara to get leverage on his shots, when that was taken away he struggled. Lara was also hurt to the body in the fight so I expect that to be an area that he targets this fight. Warrington also didn't have that movement the last time, when he constantly shifting his angles. That'll be key, so if he doesn't show it in the first 2-3 rounds then he'll be done for imo
If he loses again which I think he will by the way, he will go down as another British over achiever / hype job for me. the lad has / had a world class engine but that's it, he has never had any power, is far to easy to hit and his resume is quite weak if you break it down correctly he beat a completely drained and shot Selby at the weight, beat a Frampton a shadow of his best, lost to galahad, struggled against many euro level fighters before his world title shot and then gets knocked out against a heavy hitting lara who is whatever people think is extremely limited. Should in my opinion have found a new trainer early in his career because let's be honest his dad is no Enzo is he!!!
Think your being a tad harsh. Frampton fought pretty poorly in that fight let's be honest, he went to trade and have a tear up and if he had stuck to hos boxing, he could of won that fight. Galahad could of gone either way but Galahad lost that fight imo in the last third of it. I think he just had a poor night against Lara and hope that is the case. I can't see how he's a hype job since he never had hype behind him coming through. He has won British, Commonwealth, European and World titles and officially lost once..
