    The way John Fury was talking in the interview below was that the Kronk trainers were making Fury too one dimensional and that he would only be going out to America two weeks before the fight.

    That gave me the impression that John Fury was training his son the way he felt he should be trained without SugarHill around.

    Furys camp always sent out bull**** during camps. The last fight he was meant to have been smashed to bits and cut in sparring

    Interesting. John Fury definitely gives the impression he’s training Tyson and he seems at odds with SugarHill (Kronk) over how it should be done.

    John Fury thinks he knows better than anyone else in boxing. Deep down he’s just bitter Tyson’s never asked him to be his trainer.

    Tyson's excellent at pre fight mind games, putting out stories that he's getting battered in sparring or having rows with his trainers, posting old photos of himself overweight letting on that their recent. It's all to make himself look vulnerable and that he might lose just to generate interest, sell tickets and PPV's.

    He is also excellent at ducking rematches, avoiding the best, contradicting himself and holding up the division for 2 years. This dude is a con man and a fraud who has so many of you fooled into thinking he is the best out there, when he hasn't even fought most of the best. 0 title defenses. No fights in 2 years. Steroids cheat. 4 wins in the current top 50.

    No. If the fight is a good one, it will sell out just like any other country. The problem has been, these guys are making bad match ups and trying to sell them like they are good fights. You can't polish a turd and call it steak. Wilder and Fury have both fought bums for most of their careers so people do not get excited when they fight.

    For a boxer that claims he is a “fighting man”, Fury doesn’t seem to fight a lot. You get the feeling Wilder would do anything to get him back in there, never thought I’d actually have sympathy for Wilder after his behaviour post loss. I think it’s unlikely to happen as well, it’s not even on my radar.

    I know this year has been rough but I retain an essential optimism and belief in a better future for us all.

    That's why I'm going to stick my neck out on this one and say Yes! October 9th will happen.

    Obviously I have no idea if there will be a boxing match then. I'm not psychic.

    It is something to consider. It's not a defence of the fight though, just a different ticket buying culture. In the UK tickets sell out in advance very quickly - in the US there's a lot more walk ups.
