Thought this would be pretty intriguing matchup, Bika was an avid fouler and could give anyone a tough time with his headbutts, elbows , low blows and punches in the clinch. Cinnamon is a good counterpuncher and has lately been steamrolling dudes at 168 . Who do you think takes this at SMW ?
An ugly, ugly fight. The referee's conduct would be extremely important. Ginger is not a clinch fighter. Bika was a natural strong SMW. It would be interesting to see how Canelo keeps Bika on the outside.
This would be one of the roughest (not most difficult) fights of Canelo's career. He'd win by wide UD however. Canelo would look beautiful on the inside as he would have endless opportunities to land, he wouldn't have to chase Bika. He wouldn't stop Bika though, and he'd probably take more damage in this fight than any other fight he'd be in...........not from punches but from elbows, low blows, head butts, shoulder butts etc........
Canelo doesn't fight well on the inside, he's a mid range fighter . I agree that there will be many counterpunching opportunities given that Bika did like to swing wide at times.
Both Ward and Calzaghe commented on how freakishly strong Bika was so it would be a very hard nights work for Canelo, but he would deffo get a decision I thing in a very ugly fight. It would be an interesting thing to see how dirty Canelo might get in retaliation. Actually based on judges / ref etc, Bika would probably get DQd
No one will win vs clenbuterol if this will go till cards. If someone will KO clenelo, then will see, will there be DQ or at least rematch clauses appear and excuses.
Bika would give him a torrid time with that rough wild dirty style and physical strength and toughness of his and as is the case with so many of these multi-division champs I'm not sure it would be a task that Clen could overcome without his PEDs. Bika would likely be too strong for a clean version of him. Yes Clenelo has the skill advantage but to be perfectly honest he's very overrated. We've never seen him dominate anyone elite or even close to elite level before. He's only able to dominate C and C +levels but the reason he holds that P4P #1 spot is because he's beaten more of them than anyone else and obviously because he has the judges in his pocket everytime he fights and therefore his losses are turned into wins. In terms of natural talent he's actually one of the least talented in the P4P top 10. Loma, Inoue, Usyk, and Crawford are all much more talented and would all definitely beat him if they were the same size as him or close to being so and I'm extremely confident of that and there are numerous others in the top 10 who might too.
I think a lot of weight jumping champions have a relatively easy time with "natural" weight champions because the latter don't impose their size on them. Bika's awkward style makes for an intriguing matchup because he will be the first "big" man to use his weight against Ginger, unlike Callum Smith the walking punching bag.
