I hate this bodybuilding merchant. He is a fraud. He barely beat granddad Klitschko and got knocked down. He got beaten by another granddad Povetkin for first two rounds. He got mauled by Ruiz. He ran and escaped from Ruiz in rematch. Referee didn't let inside fighting in Parker fight. Because he was knowing that AJ could get mauled. Takam was robbed and referee finished the fight too early. He didn't beat any prime elite HW in his career. He is a fraud in my book and Usyk gonna KO him.
Wladimir against AJ was in the best shape of his career. This was a different Wlad that night. Never saw him taking that many risks and going forward. He knew he was the underdog after Fury and he wanted to win, no matter what.
You hate the bodybuilder? No problem. But know that the mods will be on your heels day and night they will scrutinize your every post and at the first misstep they will banner you as happened to the poster TysonFuryGoat (R.I.P.)
What is this moronic narrative I see spouted here constantly? "FELLAS, lemme tell ya...SURE, Tyson Fury beat 39 year old Vlad when he was the champ, but that Vlad wasn't MOTIVATED, despite hating Fury. The REAL motivated Klitschko and frankly the BEST Vlad K. EVER, was the 41 year old, dethroned, two years out of the ring, fighting a guy he's friendly with Vlad. AJ has the better win despite being knocked down in the fight!" Who is typing this and actually believing it? This is some reddit level drivel. Terrible. If you can't see the night and day difference between a mid-late 30's Vladdo and 41 year old Vladdo, you should watch a different sport. Look at his left hook in the AJ fight JFC
I never mentioned Fury. Wlad got too used to fighting opponents who were absolutely NO DANGER to him. He never lost a round after losing against Brewster. The only time he was in trouble was when Wach slightly, slightly rocked him. His tallest opponent to that date. When he eventually faced Fury, he was overwhelmed. Fury was younger, faster, higher ring IQ, he moves like a LHW and was way taller than anyone Wladimir ever faced. He was shocked and had no idea how to respond. Against AJ he was prepared. He knew what to do this time. He came back stronger than ever. But it wasn't enough. No version of Wladimir would beat Fury, AJ or Wilder. Wladimir is from a different era and he had to make space for new ones.
Embarrassing post. Why even mention povetkin winning two rounds. What kind of relevance does that have when povetkin was stopped? If one thinks the ref in the Parker fight was protecting AJ then go watch another sport. The ref was a joke who spoiled the fight for both fighters. Also I suggest looking at what Parker has done since that AJ fight and seriously ask yourself no matter who the ref was would Parker win that fight?
I think the real threat to AJ is not Usyk, it is Joe Joyce. That's why AJ agreed to fight Usyk easily. He knew he can KO Usyk easily when he watched him against Chisora.
