    Not quite the Sammy. But many years back I was out and this lass I knew wanted me to go back.

    I said I would but on the understanding I was watching the G2 Herbert Power from Caulfield at 4am in the morning.

    Sparing details at hers my alarm went off at 3.55am. I grabbed my phone and loaded up Racing.com to watch the race. Suffice to say she was fuming.

    Spent 30 mins after the racing explaining to her in great detail why the fourth was a moral in the Melbourne Cup at 16s.

    3 weeks later the 4th went off 2nd jolly in the Cup and broke the track record.

    I never found out if she took the 16s

    I have to headline in Leeds ffs , he does himself no favors .
    BTW the production is shocking , where is the analysis of the fights and the preview of the upcoming fight ????

    that's fair enough. A contract is a contract. I think she will be gone after a year though. She doesn't mention boxing at all on social media. I don't think she is a fan of the sport and it shows on TV. Football she knows more than she let's on.

    Got 9/4 for that fight to go the distance, mental price and seemed nailed on with it being 10 rounds and Benn being unable to stop Formella let alone a tough journeyman who's done competitive rounds with world class fighters
