Wouldn’t call it my favourite but AJ is the first one springing to mind.

I think Warrington would be knocked out again by Lara. That ridiculous high guard was doing no good for him. Lara was battering and hurting him.

I can't say AJ avenged his loss against Ruiz. Ruiz knocked him out, AJ couldn't do the same.

Immediate rematches isn't the luxury every boxer has unless he's the A-side and big cash cow or there's a public demand for a rematch Leonard vs Duran comes to mind, the other fights I remembered weren't immediate or weren't the first loss.

Generally speaking rematches are often given after a closely contested fight, disputed draw or a blatant robbery.

    Floyd Patterson vs Ingmar Johansson
    RJJ vs Griffin

Must be more but struggling to think of any right now. I guess in most cases the loser doesn't get an automatic rematch or if they do they lose the rematch like MAB vs Junior Jones.

Sacchrin Ray should have been DQ'd for refusing to fight. him & Floyd would have made a great dancing duo.

Lot of people had Sor Rungvisai losing to Gonzalez. Not an official loss though.
