    i think The Ray who was fighting monthly against constant contenders could overwhelm and ko the old way slower foot & hand speed

    I think Hagler pulls it, that man was on a mission, and no one under 160 was going to derail it.

    He not only had his chance in '79, but in 80, 81, 82. Why didn't he???
    That could just as easily have been Hagler with Ray instead of Geraldo

    But this is Ray v Ray, not Hags.

    I favour the younger Ray, but could the older Ray psyche out his younger self from fighting his best fight? I don’t think so, younger Ray was already too smart for that.

    Also, who gains greater favour in the scoring, young Ray or old Ray? Maybe they cancel each other out and the judges actually score the fight just on what they see.
