2021... and Holyfield still fighting

    What else could be expected?

    Evander Holyfield was already a world champion when Ronald Reagan was running the White House.

    A great and colorful career but he should be nowhere near boxing ring anymore.

    In 2001 Holyfield was asked to retire, after looking shot to bits vs John Ruiz.

    10 years later, he finally retired, nearing 50 and having picked up several losses

    And now, 20 years later he's on PPV main event.

    How did he get the license at nearly 60 with no reflexes left is surreal.

    Hope there will be no more fights of old citizens on Thriller.

    Its just an exhibition, right? Give him a break. His speech actually seems like it improved over the years, and he can handle a staged farce or too.

    Now, let's not see him back in with Tyson, even for an "exhibition."

    Didn't know that. Sadly, then, I have no doubt he will soon be fighting Tyson Fury after Fury is done with Haye (you heard it here first).

    Sad really. I think he only got revved up for more when because of the Tyson exhibition? They could all see the easy loot nek minnut Holyfield and even Douglas are talking it up to fight Tyson.

    Boxing sucks ass. The truth is EH would have lost to me yesterday, not in the first but still.
    The thing is boxing turns you into a ****ing cripple after 2 decades and to a degree you are worse then alot of of guys your age that maybe only had 10 amateur fights.

    Lol vitor looked in good physical shape.

    I saw Holyfield on the pads before the fight and he looked like an old man who could barely punch.

    This was dumb. I’m guessing Oscar vs Belfort next or Tyson vs Belfort. The latter would make huge money.

    This was a shame to watch. Belfort beats Tyson just as bad. He is an active fighter and they are just old.
    I feel bad for Hoylyfield.
