You have to go back a long while to find anyone who can be compared to Canelo in this aspect, and the guys he dug up were fighting at lower weight classes back then. You call this "shoe horning"? It's pointing out how rare Canelo's skillset is. The higher the weight, the harder it is for fighters to have these kind of skills who utilized the kind of upper body and head movement. No need to fight this point Wiz, if you don't mind Canelo then you wouldn't be trying to deny the weight factor as a legit reason why Canelo should be ranked higher all-time then these little guys from bygone eras.

Yes but as i said, the weight class aspect is irrelevant

    Your either better or not

    Nobody asked about genetics etc

So yes you have tried shoehorning it in

Its like saying David Seaman was a better goalkeeper than Pat Jennings but its due to him having bigger hands...

Irrelevant, you are either better or not

You have no clue what you're talking about. None of these guys except maybe Toney in his prime (which was a very short prime) can be compared to Canelo when it comes to a mastery of high level head / upper body movement during defense.

You just don't like the point because it struck such a chord and makes Canelo look better. Just admit it, you're a Canelo hater who refuses to recognize how good he is and how rare his skills are.

As much as you'd like me to admit that, why dont you go through my post history?

    Lots of posts complimenting Canelo

So stop with the you against the world narrative

Then why were you so triggered by me pointing out George's examples were guys from smaller weight classes? It's a perfectly valid point yet you felt a need to try and discredit it, aruging that it wasn't relevant. What's your agenda? Just live and let live. You could have said "yeah that's true shadow, good point, you don't see many fighters at higher weights with these kind of skills". Instead you got all bent out of shape over it. And now we have you agreeing with Young Terror's list of bigger fighters who clearly don't have anywhere near the kind of skills that we're talking about. You clearly are in some kind of competition with me, trying so desperately to discredit anything I'm saying like I stole your girlfriend or something. Grow up silly boy.

    I've been quite civil

I don't read back and and see me getting bent out of shape and triggered

I just dont think your point is relevant and explained why

Haven't agreed with Terror either, like how he bought up some fighters to debate however

And trust me im no boy pal lol

I literally gave a good seven examples of fighters bigger than Canelo. And there's more, like Qawi, Moore and Byrd.

You literally only have to go back to like 2013. Anselmo Moreno, Guillermo Rigondeaux, Floyd Mayweather Jr.

All three in the last ten years with better head movement than Canelo.

I can easily name 10 guys with better upper body/head movement than Canelo, so I'd say no he is not.
