We also have Lewis getting flattened by Rahman. Tyson flattening Holmes. McCall beating Holmes. Foreman losing to Morrison, Schulz.
More fights in the next 18 months than the last 6 years?... Fury will say any old crap and normally does
Mate this is a 'hardcore' boxing forum. We aren't idiots. 2 posts in a row you you have deliberately been deceptive and hand picked things to back up a narrative that you know isnt fully there. You're comparing ATGs to Pulev ffs. Nobody ever said an old guy automatically loses to a younger guy, that's insane. You're worse than Big Sam and his selective stats to show you his teams play the ball nicely along the ground.
Still waiting for announcement. Think they might be waiting on the medical reports from David Hayes little toe before making him an offer ......
He always does this - most debates he makes straw man arguments or dishonestly misrepresents context/stats. It’s very bizarre. People say this about other posters a lot but Mitchy genuinely feels like he’s pushing a narrative/agenda on this forum.
Mitch is my favourite poster on here, doesn't even try and hide his Matchroom bias, just gets stuck straight in. Thought he was a parody at first but now I'm convinced he's actually a Matchroom employee.
It genuinely wouldn’t surprise me that much. Pretty much every single comment he makes, at its core, is a pro-Joshua anti-Fury point. Whether it’s blatant or made in a roundabout way that’s what it boils down to.
Sadly this is a much shorter price than you would like. Six weeks out and no oppenent isn't brilliant imo for someone like Whyte.
I give credit where it is due and have no bias towards any fighter or promoter. Used to hate Fury until he had the balls to fight Wilder and I did state that the recent Leeds Matchroom Card was a decent card. In fact if you look at the Fury v Wilder 1 thread, I must have been one of a very small number who thought Fury did not win the Wilder 1 fight but it was very close. Man I was nearly run off the forum with the meltdown. You will not see me say a bad word about fighters who deserve praise - Josh Taylor and Sam Eggington are examples. The same with good cards or fights whether these be on Sky Box Office or Channel 5. With regards to Tony Dosh PPV and Eh Day Earn - the fighter has a CV full of puddings (Except Old Wlad on his last legs at 41) and the promoter has billed every Tony Dosh PPV fight as a 50/50 fight when most where 80/20 or worse. This has to be called out for what it really is as the PPV Mugths have no idea.
Some people are so defensive over their beloved Hearn & Matchroom that if you criticise him or anything Matchroom related just once you're seen as anti-Matchroom. I've been to plenty of Matchroom shows but I can also see through their constant spin and lies. Doesn't make me a Matchroom hater, just means I have a brain.
