Terrified Tony Harrison bails out on fighting Tim Tszyu. Too frightened to face him apparently. Can't say I blame him. Good move, Terrified Tony. You would have got your #### pushed in. Several names being mentioned as possible replacements. The one I like is Terrell Gausha 22-2-1 (11), the 2012 US Olympian. Looks about right to me as the next step for Tim if they can get him out here.
"Terrified Tony" hahaha. Gausha sucks to watch but has the skills and experience to extend Tim whilst not having a lot of power. Tim CAN NOT go into a fight with Castano with blow outs like Spark and Morgan in his recent fights.
I thought Harrison was keen for the fight as he probably would of been paid well. Unless they low balled him.
Harrison earned half of what Charlo did in the rematch and he was the champ. I think it was in the vicinity of $600k USD. So you would think he wouldn't demand crazy figures seeing he was stopped in that fight and arguably lost his last one. No Limit seem happy to splash cash but maybe all things considered it wasn't enough to come down under, quarantine and stuff around.
No Limit have got to understand that no one wants to come to Australia to fight, if Tszyu wants to take his career upwards and have meaningful fights he needs to head overseas and even consider proper promotion, No Limit are not going to have any influence on the big stage
* Bruno Tarimo eyeing a fight with IBF FW Champ Kid Galahad. * Harry Garside now leaning to turning pro and not chase any Gold. * Liam Paro heading to Las Vegas to train / spar with no Aust fights on the horizon.
So good to see Dempsey getting great sparring with Joshua. And getting the chance to train with world class fighters and trainers. I imagine Matchroom is hoping to snatch his ranking by matching him with one of their heavyweight stable. Either way its a great opportunity.
Yeah Fabs could actually be interesting. He is athletically talented but flawed. Needs more developing. Anyone up a tier would end in disaster IMO.
Will be interesting to see what they do with him. They might set up a clash with Parker down here, or even chuck him to Dillian Whyte. Personally, I think it would be a waste chucking him to Wardley and giving him to Whyte and/or Parker makes more sense for the Aussie audience.
