Canelo is too short to fight a 6`5 fighter. He has an 82+1⁄2 in reach, a tad longer than AJ`s!

You think AJ can knock Usyk out with 3 punches?! These heavies don`t hit THAT hard! They have a power advantage, he`s stronger and can knock Usyk out but not with the first combo he lands for God`s sake, AJ doesn`t even have one punch KO power anyway.

That is the most important question in this fight, Usyk`s feints will flinch AJ out of position if Usyk uses this to get his combos off it`s going to be very hard for AJ to get into the flow of the fight, boxing matches are like a dance and Usyk is the better dancer.

I didn't say he will KO Usyk with a 3-hit combo. He will destabilize Usyk with those combos. Then Usyk won't be able to do those fancy moves which he used to do in cruiserweight. He will understand the seriousness of the situation he is in. He will try to run away and avoid the monster he shares the ring with, but will eventually meet his demise, KABOOM! , he will count the stars before being put into sleep by AJ.

Ohh, yes, only HW boxing does matter.

I never will gave any bare credit for A.J even if he had 100-0-0 with 100 KOs pro boxing record.
Casual hometown cash cow like Clenelo.

Pro boxing is business for dumb fans like you.

    Maybe.
Canelo sadly is very suspicious since Mosley fight: Mosley did not had won 1 single fight in his last 3 fights and still was used for Canelo title fight. With this started era: very suspicious Canelo. Old Mosley then had been more well known cos he had fights vs Pacman, Floyd Jr, DLH, Winky etc row with notable boxers under belt.

Canelo career is questionable thing. Okey, last fights did not looked so bad.

Usyk by about 9th round stoppage. Not overly confident but ...I think Usyk will pressure Joshua. High work rate and movement will press Joshua's gas tank. Joshua has power to change it with a powerful right hand though. If Usyk can avoid the right, deplete Joshua's gas tank...he may be able to cause Joshua to fold late and get him out of there. a simple plan...maybe. Don't let Joshua gain confidence and fight at his pace. he will be dangerous for the first half of the fight. I am excited about the fight as I know it can go either way. 60/40 in favor of Usyk.....uh....65/35 in favor of Usyk......uh....55/45 for Joshua...well....one of them is going to win...either by point...unanimous...split..or a ko/tko. so there...bases covered.

I think someone is definitely getting KO/TKO'd late on. And I almost guarantee the end result will be controversial.

AJ has done the right thing reducing his weight. He needs more stamina. He will not risk trying to KO Usyk early on, he will bide his time, and be ready for the late onslaught.

If I were AJ I'd use my reach advantage and win some rounds with my jab, and then around the 10th round, go all out and try to score a knockdown or a KO.

It would be very risky AJ hoping to win this via points decision. I'd try and KO Usyk late, when there's less risk of spending many rounds gassed out, and also if he hurts Usyk enough, that will hopefully deter Usyk from coming forward.

Most safe bet is exactly to travel till cards. Usyk not likely will get decision on judges cards vs A.J anyway.
While these talks about late KO?
Why? A.J isn't notable with good gas tank if he attempts to KO someone.
If he wants to stop Usyk, he should rush for KO in FIRST rounds and ASAP.

No because if he does that he will be gassed for some of Usyk's usual best rounds.

It would be stupid for AJ to hope the scorecards are fixed and win via them. Also if they are fixed THE FANS will know.

I don't care what the judges say, if I think Usyk has won, I'll consider him the victor, like I considered Fury the victor over Wilder in first fight, and Chisora victor vs Parker and GGG victor over Canelo first fight.

AJ does have reach advantage vs Usyk and actually is able to box also for cards.
If he will manage to maintain high extended guard all night, jab Usyk and push him back, throw enough punches on Usyk he might win even on normal cards.

While I do not see why to hope for late KO. Usyk is better in late rounds ( ofc Dorticos and Briedis are better in late rounds but Usyk is still enough good there ) and he isn't 39 y.o Pulev or 39 y.o legless Povetkin version, more than this: despite he isn't huge puncher he will be more agile and with better legs than Parker.

Usyk doesn't likes fast first rounds, you might watch how he looked vs Chisora, Witherspoon, Gassiev, Briedis in first 1-2 rounds, even vs Glowacki and Huck, Bellew.

Usyk usually turns more difficult opponent after 2-4 rounds already had been boxed.

Yes, but it would be a massive gamble to try and finish him off in the early rounds. Look at what happened to Bellew and Chisora when they did that, or any of Usyk's opponents for that matter.

Joshua would be smart to leave it to the later rounds because if he fails his early attempt it could be game over very quickly.

If he's going for the KO he should wait until later when there's less time for Usyk to recover to have to respond to that.

Bellew didn't had reach advantage vs Usyk and this was sorry, more fresh Usyk version. Also Bellew style was different, A.J doesn't box like Bellew.
Chisora too didn't had reach advantage vs Usyk and he didn't had good gas tank.

Briedis looks that had gameplan to fool Usyk and outbox Olympic champ. Again Usyk had better reach and this was younger, prime shape Usyk version.
I think Briedis failed cos too much attempted to lull Usyk in his traps and mini traps row with pretending, Lol, Klits might had advise about this stuff Usyk pretty well. They does knows Briedis damn well. While when he pushed, Usyk fall via slip without even dirtyboxe stuff.
I think Usyk was lucky that this then had wrong gameplan for Usyk.
Gassiev was too inexperienced and Usyk ofc also there had speed, agility advantage and if you ad here that he was in best shape and former am superstar.

A.J will be different: he will have reach advantage vs Usyk.

I reckon the Usyk plan will be his usual cagey opening few (which Joshua will win by default btw) and then force the pace mid rounds to chin-check the bodybuilder. A late stoppage for Olek is probably his only hope of a win.
