Wallin outboxes Whyte to a wide UD imo and Fury's resume goes up massively.
Whyte is highly rated by many but i think he is a very poor boxer in terms of fundamentals. Wallin is quite a skilled boxer with loads of amateur experience, boxed all his life, Whyte dosn't stop him and gets touched up all night and loses wide in the fans eyes but Hearn makes sure the judges have received there brown envelopes before the fight.
    securing Whyte a SD win.

If there is no evidence, then there is reason to believe that it could quite easily be bollocks, especially considering the circumstances. You say doctors notes, but there has been many a picture brazenly posted on social media of boxers in hospital beds, and even videos. Povetkin was old and hardly at his best, but I can't run with conjecture. Regardless, he done well to spark out Whyte when he clearly wasn't at his best and looked shaky as hell even in the first bout, but Whyte got complacent because it was so easy.

@Mitch87 Everyone goes on about Joshua's "deep record" and "top 10 wins", and at the same time these people say there is no depth in the division. You can't have it both ways. These people are arguing that it is top heavy, but Joshua hasn't fought the top guys - except a 41 year old, inactive Klitschko coming off a loss, and at Wembley in a life or death bout.

I will give Joshua credit if he beats Usyk. And if he beats Usyk, I still believe Fury ought to face Usyk and not run away from him.

Wlad, Povetkin, Parker and Pulev all top resumes better than say Wilder. Ruiz beat AJ and was unified champion and AJ was able to beat him in the rematch h. Whyte since AJ has beaten has gone on to have one of best resumes in the divison. Now fighting the unified CW champ in Usyk.

    Context is required.

Wladimir was inactive, 41 years old, coming off a loss, probably knowing it would be the last match of his career if he loses (or wins), and boxing at Wembley in front of a zillion Brits.

Povetkin was old, never been a champion, and had just been dropped by David Price. This is why I said I wouldn't give Whyte that much credit if he beat him, and he managed to get sparked out by him due to complacency.

Paint Dry Parker is really not very good. How you can claim that this is a "top win" or some kind of feather in Joshua's cap is quite funny. The referee was also an utter disgrace and totally in Joshua's favour with his Matchroom stipend.

Pulev, you have to be joking. He was also old, totally useless and his record is fairly gash for somebody who's been at it for as long as he has. Chisora, H. Fury, Ustinov all some of the very best names on his record.

Ruiz beating Joshua does not make him great. You've got that the wrong way round. Joshua losing to Ruiz says a lot more about Joshua's limitations than Ruiz's excellence. He lost to a morbidly obese, short and stumpy man who was on short notice, and he got battered by him. The rematch he faced an even fatter Ruiz who barely trained and he ran from him the entire night.

Usyk will literally be the best name on his record, at 32 years old and already an apparent superstar.

    More context

Wlad coming off loss to Fury to which many Fury fans view as great win (rightly so). Fighst AJ next coming in the lightest he had done in many years and fighting a more offensive fight.

Povetkin since beating AJ beat Hughie, Koed one of best in Whyte and gave avery good Hunter a decent fight.

AJ comfortably beat Parker fighting in in defensive Manor than he seen from AJ at time. Parker wins over Ruiz, Chisora, Takam, Hughie and Fa is better than Wilders resume.

Pulevs resume is as good if not better than Wilders and has one of best jabs in the divison.

Ruiz gave another top fighter in Parker a close fight and has the best win in the HW divison at present with a win over a prime AJ.

@Mitch87 I’d like to know whos record you think is more impressive between ruiz and ortiz?

If you cite ruiz as a good win for joshua you must do the same for wilder with ortiz. Especially seeing as wilder beat ortiz twice and joshua was stopped by ruiz in fight 1

Why? Ruiz beating AJ is far more than anything Wilder done alone Ortiz.

Ortiz is only notable win was over Jennings (who had higher rankings at the time than he should of due to a controversial point deduction against Perez).

Ruiz had beaten absolutely no one of note before he bowled joshua over in MSG. Like safin said above, that defeat reflects far worse on joshua than it does good on ruiz

If you don't think a win against AJ counts for anything or give Ruiz any credit for beating someone as proven as AJ and you thinking beating Jennings is on par with that then I don't know what to say.

The point is that ruiz had beaten absolutely no one before joshua. Just because joshua lost the first time does not make the rematch a good win.

But regardless, I thought having a deeper record was better than having big wins?

Fury has a better record than joshua then as his klitschko win is better than anything on Joshua’s record, like I’ve been saying all along

Fury does not have a better record than AJ.

Name me his 5 best wins besides Wlad & Wilder...
