You rate old men? Wlad, pulev, povetkin, takam. All 40 year olds retired shortly after. Parker has no spark. AJ's resume looks good nothing more
If it is purely limited to wins in the last three years, Yoka might now be in with a shout: Milas, Hammer, Duhaupas, Dimitrenko
Fury has virtually the same Wlad and that big stiff idiot Wilder. Nothing to really write home about either. That said both Fury and AJ are in of themselves good scalps and I demand to see them against each other.
1-Fury 2-Bodybuilder 3-Basketball player 4-Ruiz Jr. 5-Whyte 6-Usyk 7-Joyce 8-Parker 9-Chisora 10-Hunter
There aren't 10 serious players in the division. Fury and AJ have the belts, Wilder and Usyk are live dogs in upcoming title fights, Joyce and Hrgovic are legitimate threats in or fast approaching mandatory positions. I'd have Yoka above the likes of Whyte, Parker, Hunter and Ruiz.
1-Fury 2-Joshua 3/4 Usyk/Wilder 5-Ruiz Jr. 6-Whyte 7-Joyce 8-Hunter 9-Hrgovic 10-Parker Top 4 obviously may change quite a bit in the coming weeks. No room in the top 10 for the ancient man from Cuba who has done nothing in years other than got even older.
It reminds me of when people would prop up Calzaghe's resume. Same crowd, probably. They DEMAND you agree that 39 year old win-streak champ Vlad IS ACTUALLY SOMEHOW WORSE than 41 year old slow as hell shot Vlad. AJ's win > Fury's Vlad win to them. It's insane.
And they demand that Martin, Breazeale and Takam are "top 10 wins" to bolster his "deep record". They also demand that Andy Rice Pudding Jr win in Saudi is a feather in his cap, as it's a win over a unified heavyweight champion, and not simply damage control over the enormous skidmark that occured in the bout prior. Joshua fans don't do weighing up... It's as if the Rice Pudding Jr disaster never happened.
Yoka has these good wins: 5.) Duhaupas 4.) Dimitrenko 3.) Allen 2.) Hammer 1.) Milas Maybe not top 10, but not so far off of it. In a fight or two he’ll be in.
Long, heavy, athletic, good power, skills, deep amateur pedigree, little wear and tear, some decent pro wins and unlike the others, he has not yet failed at elite level, let alone Chisora level or retired Arreola level. I don't think he's as good as Joyce or Hrgovic but he's got ability.
