Love the Fu Man Chusyk stache! This should be a great fight. If they were the same size, Usyk would box circles around AJ, but AJ is much bigger and stronger. Usyk is smarter, faster and has a better gas tank (although he’s older and hasn’t looked his best in recent fights). Personally I like both guys but usually root for the smaller guy and will be pulling for Usyk.

AJ can get sloppy and still win because he has power. Usyk is going to have to be disciplined because one mistake can cost him the fight. Also, Usyk is a southpaw and Joshua might have problems dealing with that, at least at first. This contrast in styles is what makes boxing great.

Although I’m a bigger fan of Usyk than Joshua, I’m cool with either guy winning and will not be betting on this fight. I just hope the guy who gets his arm raised at the end is the one who actually won the fight. Too many bad decisions in boxing these days and I have a feeling we could be seeing another one in this fight.

Is there a more likable boxer in the world than Usyk? Just seems like an all round great guy.

Great fight and looking forward to it. Don't think AJ is going to be given much credit on this board no matter what happens, though. If he wins it will be said that Usyk was a past it CW that struggled with ancient Chisora, and if it's a decision win it will be called a robbery even if it's almost a shut out like the one against Parker.

But that's this board and not a reality. A win for AJ will be a real feather in his cap and a win for Usyk will mean that he's not only the best CW of his generation but one of the best HWs around as well.

Krassyuk thinks AJ is giving away his advantage. What if coming in so light backfires. What if he doesn't have the same type of hitting power. Its a big gamble to take against an Elite level opponent

Alexander Krassyuk believes that Joshua is making a mistake by reducing his weight ahead of the fight, and expects it to "reduce his advantage".

We accept AJ shedding weight as good news because formerly a lot of experts gave his weight as an advantage," Krassyuk told MyBettingSites. "Now AJ is reducing his advantage.

Krassyuk continued. 'Now when you look at Usyk, you don’t hesitate anymore and wonder whether it’s heavyweight or cruiserweight in front of you: it’s 100% heavyweight.

'He did a really great job with his functional muscles; now he is working really hard in his training camp and just coming to the end.

It is time to normalize this tripe.

Ali was the greatest heavyweight boxer, but he was no genuine civil rights leader. He had horrible things to say about white people, called his own ****** and gorilla, and even had racist things to say about Japanese people. And no, it is not "because of the times" or any of the garbage excuses that people make. He just had a pretty racist mentality himself.

Ali was a guy who fought for his own rights, and that ought to be recognized in today's day and age.

Still think he was a once in a lifetime champion.

The fight is almost upon us. Usyk looks relaxed and focused. I'm looking forward to a great matchup.

    Yeah.
When he had his license suspended he even had used support from Frazier.
When he fought Frazier, he did trash talks and used abusing, racist terms against Frazier. He also talked like racist about Foreman and not only this.
He was selfish, hypocrite, rude and afforded to talk like racist vs Frazier.

I don't think AJ carries that much power nowadays, he'll likely be in 235-240 range for Usyk, almost definitely the lightest he's ever been.
Pulev isn't knowing for an Iron chin and he took about 40 flush uppercuts from a 240lbs AJ before crumbling. AJ will be lucky to land 3 or 4 of those uppercuts on Usyk. I honestly think there isn't much chance of either man going down and if someone does go down it will be AJ late on.

Usyk will win because his mom once had "50 cows at her command". His mom was a cow commander. AJ's mom? Not so much. War Usyk. :boxing1

Im going to watch this at Spurs stadium, going against my own policy of not watching boxing in football stadiums. The chance to see Usyk live was too good to pass up.
