If you're going to a fight, and you're sitting at the back, what's it like?

I've bought 3 pairs, 1 for me and 2 for my friends lol. And I imagine the screens will also be put up around the ring also as usual.

It’s a brand new stadium so I imagine the view will be better than a seat in an older stadium.

You're going to be watching the fight on a TV, like most of us. But instead of having central heating, nice beers and a carefully curated assortment of snacks for company you're going to have a bunch of drunk football fans that wouldn't know a jab from a hook singing Sweet Caroline and chucking bottles of P at each other.

I was seated on the halfway line in the bottom tier and it was still shyte. Able to see but still felt too far away and indoor arenas are much better for boxing.

The only decent seats in a stadium are in the boxed off ringside VIP area around the ring - the rest of the pitch seats are also shyte as you cannot see for these fookers all standing up.

Never been back to a stadium fight since.

Never been to a stadium or big arena fight but to me sounds like if you're a serious boxing fan like most on here these big time events are just glorified pisss ups with a fight on in the background which is fair enough because that's what plenty of people are into but for proper boxing fans you'd be better off saving your money if your priority is what's happening in the ring.
A shame really because seeing a big fight live with at least 10,000 other fans screaming their heads off sounds great but if you can barely see what's happening in the ring what's the bloody point ?? And watching the fight with your neck craned up at some giant screen above you ?? Why do that when you can relax at home and watch it from your sofa ?

The O2 is decent other than being full of scummers smoking in the bogs and queuing to do coke off the sinks, with security unable to do a thing and having no choice but to turn a blind eye.

Not been to a stadium fight yet but can see from the online seat viewer it’s going to be ****.

I suspect this will be my last.

Stay at home or watch it down the pub is my advice.

Sitting at the back you are not getting a great view, you are merely the to make up the ticket sales fella...
