Yeah it was a transalation issue. Canelo did take it personal, and thought it was an insult to his mother.
If it was staged i don't think Plant would have brought up his PED allegations. I just think Canelo wanted an excuse to push him. Either way Plant will hit the deck a couple of times and get stopped.
Plant's been talking out his ass and the unintended diss to Canelo's mom was the last straw. Right before the "M'Fr" moment Canelo was in a jovial mood and when Plant asked him if he thought it was funny, Canelo responded with a "a little" and that's what set Plant off with the MFr insult which in turn pissed Canelo off. It was all a misunderstanding folks, I doubt it was staged.
