I will be very impressed with Joshua if he gets through this one. I chose Usuk by stoppage, because I think Usyk peppers him for the first half of the fight before beginning to commit to some bombs and lands one. He will wait for AJ to slow down a bit.
If AJ wins in impressive fashion then hopefully this will finally be the catalyst to get the Fury fight done.

Joshua will jab and run for 12 rounds , Eddie Hearn scorecards will take care of the result.

I accidentally voted Joshua by TKO. I meant to click decision. I guess I can always change my prediction to a British Stoppage win for AJ rather than a corrupt stacked scorecard win.

Draw might actually be the most likely outcome, by which I mean Usyk wins 7-8 rounds and AJ gets gifted a draw to set up a rematch.

Can't see AJ stopping Usyk, he has a good chin and all indications are that AJ will be coming in light, if not the lightest of his whole career, indicating he will sit on the outside and use his reach to jab on the outside for the whole fight.

More than that, AJ will be weary of Usyk's counter-punching, a standard AJ KO needs 4-6 punches landed in combination, but as we saw in the second Ruiz fight he will probably be extremely reluctant to commit to drawn out combinations that might expose his chin.

Usyk by decision seems to me nearly impossible, unless he wins 9+ rounds, and he goes into the fight with the mindset that he is already 4 rounds behind. Usyk is a far superior boxer to AJ but it's not like AJ is incompetent, it is unrealistic to expect Usyk to box AJ's head-off for 12 rounds.

There is an outside chance that Usyk KO's AJ, Usyk has the power against a chinny AJ, he has the foot-speed and ability to get in close where other boxers have failed (White, Parker, Ruiz) and score hits which won't KO AJ in one punch but could get a KO over 2 or 3 intense rounds.

I voted for Usyk to win by KO because I think he's the better fighter and can't see a win on points given the judging situation, but lets be serious, the most likely result is some kind of robbery; 1) Usyk will dominate and be gifted a draw, 2) the fight will be somewhat close and AJ will be gifted a win, or 3) AJ will dance around the ring and sit behind his longer reach and win legitimately on points but in a way that feels cheap and not really in the spirit of the sport, it's quite lousy how predictable it all feels.

I'm telling you, Usyk late flurry, has AJ stumbling and out on his feet, referee steps in and stops the fight, Usyk is disqualified for stepping on AJs toes.
This sounds very plausible. Make it a robbery but don't make it look like corruption.

I haven't decided how yet, but Usyk wins.

I'm very confident and have been all the way through the build up, I was very confident before it was even made.

Remember this is a Matchroom card, AJ is the star..

Did you mean AJ is stumbling, out on his feet and the referee jumps in and DQs Usyk
