What kind of pleasure had Ward :pif he had fought vs not too long out of prime not too Beterbiev version?

I will tell you: pro boxing is business with matchmaking and go to the hell with your so cool Ward and his resume.
    Dude was Ottke No2.

Beterbiev in ams when was not enough old for marketing idols like Ward to fight with.
Btw Ward was crappy tickets seller even for Nevada, LOL. Oscar was levels better tickets seller.
Bet had dropped Usyk with am AIBA certified gloves with a body punch. Usyk does have natural large CW frame for a pro boxer unlike Bet.
That's is what it is here.
U maybe might imagine what prime Bet might had been done with pro gloves vs Usyk ( yeah ) and the same idol Ward?

Bet 36, soon will be 37, then it is time to judge.

Irrelevant! He brings in more viewers than Wade Monroe and Lemieux as well but he still fought them. Ward-GGG would have the biggest fight for him to take back then but they didn't want it. It would have made him the most money and been the best legacy fight for him, his resume was trash he needed Ward more than Ward needed him. Ward was the more proven guy here not the other way around.

    A couple of points...

Floyd would have been a very lucrative fight financially , Ward much less so.

Kov beat Ward fairly clearly...and still got a home-cooked decision.

Mind you, GGG met the same fate some time later with Canelo, TWICE !

But at least he got well paid for those gifts.

Prime GGG would’ve stopped Derevyanchenko, that’s a washed up version SD got in with. The ward fight would’ve been G’s prime when the fight was mentioned

Golovkin knows his limits. That is why Golovkin refused the 50/50 offer to fight Ward. Golovkin's game is about out powering smaller fighters, mediocre fighters, or fighters with weak chins.

There's a reason why he never fought the undefeated elite fighters at 160, let alone someone like Ward who was a big SMW.

When was the 50-50 offer Isal? Was it when Ward came back as a LtHW or when he was out injured and suing his promoter?

For sure cos he is from US and looks more suitable as dirty US boxer for dirty pro boxing business in US no offense here.

Sometimes in US entertainment business mistakes happens, this is if supposed cash cow is KOed.
GGG isn't Pirog, so Ward most likely really will won this one.

Always during his pro career officiated by hometown ref and judges Ward anyway always was crappy tickets seller in Vegas.

It was in 2015. Before the Lemieux fight. Ward's team sent Golovkin an offer for 50/50 to fight in 2016.

The offer was rejected minutes after it was received.

    Any other questions?

Golovkin wasn't going 50-50 with those dudes.

Ward didn't want it. We've been over this.
More than Canelo? More than Mayweather?

Snort. Don't make me laugh. Ward is a good legacy fight but people like you overrate him to the stars.
Golovkin will be remembered. Ward will not.
