This content is protected Fury has been coming across as a little irritated and impatient in his recent interviews. He isn't playing with Wilder again, straight on him. Wilder will be the same. First 4 rounds will be great. Edit: The Bronze Bomber has replied! This content is protected
I prefer you big dosser as it has humour to it. Fury looking a bit wound up. Maybe Wilder is living in his head rent free now.
If it lasts that long... Fury seems completely fed up with the whole damn thing, it's a pointless fight given he won the first on 99% of honest observers cards and demolished Wilder in the second. I guess Wilders bull**** and complete lack of humility in the face of a fighter levels above him is probably pissing Fury off, too... He needs to keep focused, though.
If he's levels above Wilder ... If it's a totally pointless fight ... If he won 99 percent of the first fight ... Why does he need to keep focused? Oh, right, because their first fight was actually a draw, Wilder will likely be better than he was for either fight in bout #3, Fury isn't LEVELS better, and Wilder can take his head clean off. Tyson's feeling the pressure. He's never actually succesfully defended a title before. And he knows Wilder has two good arms this fight, instead of a damaged left that needs surgery to repair. He knows he caught a break in fight two. When they were both healthy in fight one, it was a dead even fight. That's why he never wanted this fight to happen. I think Fury will walk straight out looking to hold and hit and try to walk him down like he did in fight two, and Wilder (with two good arms this time) will drop him faster than he dropped Stiverne in their rematch. If Fury survives the early rounds, I think he's going to get on his bicycle like he did in fight one and try to get back in the fight by boxing. Either way, I think Wilder's got this. You can tell by the look on Fury's face he knows how serious and how much danger he's in. He's isn't fighting a cruiserweight who is spending the prefight giggling and juggling.
Did Canelo beat GGG in the first fight in your eyes? Did Chavez earn his draw against Whitaker? Lewis and Holyfield 1 was correctly judged to be a draw too?
Strangely enough I think this is a realistic suggestion Not the dropping him faster than Stiverne bit but I wouldn’t rule out Wilder landing a big right on a less than 100% enthused Fury
Hope he wins and we can finally move on. I was a big Fury fan after his comeback, but it just feels like groundhog day from him for the past two years, can't help getting a bit bored. Edit: Nearly three years now since the Wilder comeback, jesus christ.
Two fights have demonstrated to the rest of the world that not only CAN'T Wilder "take his head clean off," he can't even knock him out.
Two things I've noticed. 1) Fury said he wouldn't pay Wilder a penny in step aside money. 2) Fury never mentions Wilder's accusations against him. Anyone familiar with Fury's culture knows that this should be alarming for Wilder.
I just can't wait for the facade and confidence Wilder has built up with his bunch of yes men to come tumbling back down His face of horror when yet again he has a 270 pound man in front of him looking for blood. Wonder if he'll make it to the ring without being destroyed by nerves like last time. If it happens again then Fury definitely has the art of intimidation down to a T. You'll see Malik hyping him up saying nice words as usual to try and keep Wilder calm.
Then Fury should just head back to the casino in his pajamas with his trainer. No worries. No reason to focus. Easy night. Sounds good.
If Wilder hoped Fury would lose focus, he should of kept his mouth shut post the embarrasing beating he took last time out. He's pissed Fury off, postponed the unification and made excuse after excuse filled with lies after lies. The best Wilder fans can hope for is that Dentay doesnt retire and he begs for and gets an AJ fight with no belt (or maybe even belts) on the line. War Fury.
