He's just trying to devalue Usyk's achievement because Joshua is the Matchroom cash cow and Bellew has to tout how great Joshua is.

If your fighter cant fight smart behind his jab and win all rounds with a 10cm reach advantage, the right advice is to tell him to hang the gloves and to go back to mcdonalds. But I think that AJ's trainer believed it was too cruel, and told him to do what he should have done from the beginning.

And I dont agree, clinching when you have 10cm reach advantage?? no wayyyy, never. Long distance, jab, step back, and upper or straight right hand. Round after round untill you win the fight. Couldnt be easier for a talented fighter to win with such an unfair advantage, the problem is that AJ's ring IQ is pure ****.

I dont think usyk can do to fury what he did tonight, tbh. (but to be fair, I didnt think that he could win to joshua either... so...)

By your stupid logic Usyk beat a broken man tonight. Joshua can still comeback.

It'd be interesting to watch, but Wilder is one of the most overrated fighters of the current era - he's literally fought gatekeepers and journeymen for his entire career and lost twice to the only legit contender he ever fought.

Yep, but no pressure on him really now. He's already lost once and will be minted anyway. If he gets the rematch he might as well fight as the bigger man, work the body and put combos together.

If he doesn't then he's just mentally done.

He should do that simple easy thing.

He has taken the proverbial for far too long now.

It may only be a matter of time before somebody unknown puts an unfortunate one on him.

He claims to be what he is whilst underestimating the fraternity that he believes he is a part of.

He is not, and he does not realise it.

My advice is he should do a bellew and **** off back to his wife and kids, i am sure they have missed him, and would tell him welcome back dad etc...

Right? Who was out on their feet at the end and who was pouring on the offense? That was more about Joshua being exhausted by Usyk than any particular shot(s).

Joshua did well to make it that late, based on signals he was giving early in the fight. A little bit more self-confidence from Usyk just a little earlier in the fight, and he would've had the finish.

That telegraphed windmill right wouldn’t get within two feet of Usyk. He would embarrass Wilder more than that gimp suit he wore in his ring walk.

joshua did well to get to 12 IMO, I can’t believe he didn’t gas completely boxing at that pace and with the pressure Usyk applied. 8th round was his best round but in the end he just didn’t land anything meaningful enough.

Usyk broke the man. That's the difference. He's made his money and had billions in promoter money behind him. He goes into the sunset and thanks god he doesn't have to face Usyk again.

They will do though. Casual Fury fans slaughtering AJ already as if Usyk is your typical euro bum. He’s a top quality boxer, a great even before tonight.
