Great fight, and admirable effort and skills by both. Looking forward to the rematch. Unlike vs Ruiz I think it will go worse for Joshua next time (unless he lands something big, of course).

Clear to the point that there should be no rematch. I'd rather see Usyk fight the winner of Wilder & Fury 3. They are all in their 30's, it would be a waste for Usyk to get in there again with Joshua after such a convincing win.

Hopefully AJ realizes this and don't go through with the rematch clause.

I was wrong. Joshua must get rid of McCracken now or he'll loose even worse. I actually saw that Joshua had success going to the body and pressuring Usyk with his jab. He'll try and outbox Usyk because his glass chin was exposed even worse and this time Usyk is going to stop him. He can't beat Usyk. He's all wrong for Joshua.

I've always said Usyk would be a harder fight than Fury for Joshua due to his significantly smaller hit box. He should avoid the rematch and just fight the winner of Fury/Wilder

If anything, the 90s' lack of drug testing meant that Holyfield from that era would be entering the ring with a bloodstream full of "nutrition" that wouldn't be allowed today. It wasn't even against the rules in many cases to be a walking chemical lab.

Usyk was a mandatory since he moved up from CW due to WBO rules. He was to face Price but instead Hearn chose to give Price a 3 week camp(carrying an injury) and face him vs Chisora to "save a ppv". That fight the referee saw 3 unpenalised low blows from Chisora and allowed wrestling(something seen under Haye's management). Hearn screwed himself by not allowing Price to test the water like Price did vs Povetkin when he almost won. Now AJ is in limbo and it's all the promoters fault.

AG just didn't have to speed to deal with usyk on the inside and avoided it all night till the last round. Then usyk opened him up accurate fast hands and was carrying more power than I expected. Didn't look out of place at heavy tonight

And Hearn will get an enormous commission off the rematch. Between Usyk and the Ruiz fights, Eddie’s pockets will end up far more enriched than from a joint PPV with Fury or Wilder.

This was a boxing clinic the type of **** PBF used to do to people. I loved every second of it. One of the most impressive displays of the sweet science that I've seen in years. A true master class if there ever was one. Usyk is the truth.

Unfortunately for Hearn he's lost the Fury money and the lucrative USA PPV market. When Usyk wins again. Which he will all will come home to roost. He sold out the wrong fighters at the wrong time but to be fair after protecting AJ for 6 years he was due another mistake.

Hearn ditched the US market in 2019.

No it's not a master class on how to beat a bigger man, it's just a clear indication of how overrated Joshua is.
Usyk was only a tad bit less robotic than Joshua and is a south paw, those were the differences in the fight.
There's nothing to brag about from either fighter too be honest.

Or Usyk parties for the next 6 months.
