    Absolute joke if it’s in Saudi. There’s no need to hold it there. Should be in Ukraine really if Hearn is being genuinely fair.

    I saw that, very dishonourable of him IMO. If they’re considering holding it abroad Ukraine should be their first option.

    Bizarre press conference. AJ talking about how hes still learning, youre 31 years old and a two time unified heavyweight champion at some point you need to stop learning and start doing.

    Totally agree, but Feb or March and Kyiv don't mix for a stadium fight. Cardiff under the roof would work, but Kyiv no.

    Kyiv pushes it back to late April at the earliest.

    True re: weather. That’ll no doubt be the excuse. The truth is because they know it’ll make Joshua’s challenge 10x harder and he’d likely crumble in an atmosphere like that.

    Hasn’t stopped them stacking the deck in Joshua’s favour throughout his career of course!

    I know Hearn is doing his job - just feels dishonourable and wrong to rob Usyk of a huge homecoming event after years of winning as an away fighter.

    Silly fight to take. Give it up...its time to take a step back after tonight. Go fight joyce, chisora, hrgovic, ortiz, wilder etc. Time to rebuild. That was a beating tonight.

    Just watched this now. And it was certainly bizarre.

    AJ's talking like he's just a young and upcoming boxer at times. I think he's in total denial at the reality of his loss.

    McCraken had the look of a defeated man too. I can see him and AJ parting ways. I think McCraken knows it's the end for AJ at genuine elite level.

    Most fighters like Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, Benitez, Tyson, Ali, Frazier etc were far past their best in their late 20s even. He’s 32 now isn’t he? He’s been a pro for a decade. Nigel Benn was close to retiring in 1990 after three years in the game - it seemed he’d been around forever and done the lot.

    It’s weird. Certainly different.

    It’s very very worrying.

    You just have to hope he doesn’t get hurt badly in his next fights.
