I am happy Usyk won ,although I gave him no chance , so sure that was a good fight , but I am not too sure if that was one of the best exhibitions.

You left off where I said what he did at cruiser and in 3 fights at heavy. So I guess by your response you think he isn’t good. Or are you saying he is being overrated.

Agreed also AJ deserves no criticism he took the fight he didn’t have to he fought well and was beaten by the better man.

This has got to be the most positive, respectful to the loser thread I’ve ever seen on this forum lol. You love to see it.

AJ dispelled some of the myths about him (will give up under pressure, glass jaw will shatter when caught flush, will gas, can’t box) and showed himself to be a good but slightly limited boxer who couldn’t hang with an even better boxer. Good stuff all round.

AG didn't push when he did have success looked wary of usyk's movement and hand speed on the inside. Think AG was trying to tee up that killa over the top right but it never really came off for him. Usyk did take a few heavy shots his chin stood up well now definitely see him as a challenger

I don't even count cruiser, honestly. It's a made-up division. Like lightweight. You seem to think just because people have other opinions that they're like sarcastic or not being reasonable. Sort that out. I been watching boxing for THREE YEARS.

I was really impressed by the way he finished the fight. He took it to AJ and nearly had him out. It’s not often you see the smaller man go after the big man and try to finish him.

Most fighters don’t get many career defining performances, but Usyk has given us multiple. This is by far his best victory, because he was a sizable underdog.

Not to mention he went into a Lion's den of 68k Joshua fans in London and won decisively, more so than Fury vs Wlad in 15.

Usyk has fought in 4 completely different boxing environments in the Amateurs, WSB, Cruiserweight, and Heavyweight and has come out on top in all 4. And you're saying he isn't that good.

You might want to reassess your biases and rethink this because nobody is going to agree with you.

When the fight ended, I was screaming and the wife said wtf? I shouted "they're going to rob him! If they do I'm putting my fist through the tv!"

Well, I don't need a new tv; I'm shocked the judges got it right. Hearns check must have bounced.

It was the most fantastic use of a fight plan strategy I've seen since BHops destruction of Trinidad.
At HW, Usyk was moving like a lightweight, nearly the entire fight. He was hardly breathing hard in the 12th.

Sure, Joshua did a couple adaptations but in the end he was schooled. Absolutely schooled.

As far as giving AJ any props....he had quit in his eyes and on his face as the fight went on. Yes, he did get up off his stool, and it looked like he was trying, but with all his physical attributes I still believe his problem is mental, or physical in that he just lacks the heart required to be a champion.
