Well he boxed better than I thought he could. Even made a few adjustments. And his gas tank was greatly improved...
Huh? Joshua beat Klitschko who was top 3. Joshua has beat 4 top 5 guys Fury has beaten 2 top 5 guys Wilder has beaten 1 top 5 guy And Joshua, tonight, just took a loss to arguably a top 5 guy
klitschko top 3 when he fought Joshua ? Wlad was coming off a loss and had not fought for nearly 18 month and was retired iirc .
I did the leg work yesterday morning. Only TBRB delisted him due to inactivity https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/heavyweight-wx10-universal-ranking-system.674032/
Why would Wilder duck Joshua but be willing to fight the vastly superior Fury three times?? Makes no sense. Joshua is a very good fighter but is no boogeyman.
Only trouble is I don't believe Joshua knew how good Usyk is. Not so much bravery as seeing the fight as easy pickings against a small man. Wilder and Fury faced each other twice, with a third fight imminent! Joshua is now becoming irrelevant.
Linear Undisputed at 200 and now issa unified champ at 200+... with a shot at linear undisputed... If that aint ATG i dunno what is...
Fury wasn’t seen as much of a threat around the 1st time he fought Wilder. Joshua still hadn’t lost to Ruiz and was beating/KOing rated fighters. He probably figured that he could land another hailmairy in the rematch, this third fight he’s obviously having mental issues.
I dont go to the British Forum here nor do i sift through youtube or article comments. But based on the general, i never saw any Joshua fanboys saying and behaving the way fanboys for Floyd, Golovkin, etc do. I see there being a lot of comments calling out Joshua fanboys. I never saw it and still dont. I think everybody generally likes Usyk and dont see anybody making any upset/delusional posts in the name of fandom. Could be staying out of the wrong threads, though!
