Okolie is nowhere near Usyk`s level, al he has is reach and power.

Weight bully will be demolished by Briedes and put him in his place.

Cruiser has become weaker since 3 (probably 4) of the biggest names left to HW, but I can't see Okolie unifying all belts, or even being the best of what's left.

I sincerely hope not - whilst the Octopus has gotten better under McGuigan, he is still not a great watch.

I think he will get sparked by Briedis anyway if he dares to face him.

Hard to see what his weaknesses are, he's far too big at Cruiser and hasn't really been tested yet. Głowacki couldn't get near him. And if you can get near him, you're either facing his massive power or his massive arms.

I wouldn't be surprised if he buckles to the first guy that does find a way around his physicality though, there's probably a reason why Hearn has him down at Cruiser in the first place. Briedis should be the man, but he's getting old and that size difference might pose problems obviously.

    100% agreed.

Briedes is all wrong for the biggest weight bully in modern boxing.

He just jabs and throws a straight right, I don`t see anything other than reach and power.

    Briedis brutalises him.
Briedis is brilliant at getting to you and hes one of the best on the inside.

I think he has the power to cause a few Heavyweights problems.

Boxing technical abilities are lacking though,

I don't think he can continue to make Cruiser. He said that he walks around pretty heavy and making weight is getting harder and harder.

I give up about 2-3 fight before he moves up to heavy. He didn't think Usyk was going to beat AJ, but after last night, I think he can believe that he can do well at heavyweight.

Not a chance IMO. Let's see him in vs legit monsters with his height and similar reach. Remember his snoozer vs Askin - he looked second rate. Imagine he vs Chisora. Would be interesting.

He indicated that his spars with Dubois are highly competitive and that Dubois is stronger and the bigger puncher, so at near 29 he isn't going to be going up and beating the top guys at HW. He did claim to be better than Whyte though.

He might be having second thoughts about fighting almost 37 year old Briedis after what he saw last night, especially if Briedis (the IBF, Ring and lineal champ at cruiser) insists on the fight being in Latvia.
