Same odds as Fury vs Wilder. Wilder has a 1-2/10 chance of landing a big right, but 8-9/10, he gets outboxed and probably TKO'd.

The only thing I hope is that Usyk isn't foolish enough to go to the US. He'll get robbed if he does.

Usyk stops Wilder. Way too fast, too many angles. Wilder doesn’t see punches well, he only avoids being hit because of his size and length on most people. I think Usyk would solve that fast. Wilder would be easy night provided he doesn’t land a Hail Mary bomb.

Usyk marches him around the ring and slaps him about until his corner throws in the towel or Wilder eventually gets stopped.

I actually still sort of rate Wilder but Usyk is a horrible match up for him.

Wilder presents more danger for Usyk for obvious reasons. Usyk can win a boxing match, but if he got clipped by a right hand by Wilder like he did with Joshua, it could end very bad for him.

Let's see what Wilder can do against Fury. That will affect a lot of peoples opinion on his future.

Usyk from AJs fight vs Wilder from Fury 2 fight - Usyk stops him

Honestly, Wilder wouldn’t stand a chance of making round 2 if Usyk came out and put Wilder on the back foot - like he did Joshua. No chance.

    Wilder has proven 4 things.

    1. He can’t fight on the back foot - as soon as he is pressured, his power disappears as he cannot setup his leveraged right hand

    2. He HATES being bullied. Make no mistake Usyk wouldn’t be scared of one trick Wilder

    3. Angles and footwork are the kryptonite for Wilder. He is befuddled very easily and doesn’t have sound defence when he panics. He was outboxed and overwhelmed by pathetic fighters by comparison to Usyk (Ortiz, Spilzka, Washington ffs).

    4. Wilder cannot stop a pumping jab. Usyk has the best jab in the division. Wilder would be pieced up, squared up and then hit with a combination to follow. Rinse and repeat.

Easiest bet I could make in the HW division. Usyk by KO

Like this and cos Wilder is almost 1 handed and predictable, while he really is damn powerful and athletic with good gas tank.
All stuff he hopes on is 1 hand and a power punch.
For dudes like Usyk to prepare, even provoke such punch with intent is homework.
When you throw windmill you are open to counters.

Best thing before point am boxing era started EE boxing had was brutal counter vs predictable straight or wide amplitude hook to the head. This is devastating thing and old shape EE boxing in reality does have a lot of british and central european roots.

Ofc in west usually as opponents are picked lads who does not have enough pop in their punches.
Therefore there is flowchart : EE= pillow fist and if you aren't then you almost had fought no one ( cos why they should fight for low purse vs not big name who does hit really hard ).

With A.J it is different, he does have 2 hands. Sorry.

I'd expect Usyk to shut him down more than he did Joshua. Find the spots, the range, the feet, the punch output - where Wilder just doesn't throw back.

The obvious concern though is that Wilder has a pretty solid chin and heart, Usyk might have to go 12 and Wilder would presumably have landed something over that period, which can always be dangerous.

Then again, Ortiz almost did it twice with a comparable style, only being much older, slower, and less attentive.

Exactly, old Ortiz who had barely any foot movement and quesitonable defence was able to dominate Wilder for pretty much the entire duration of both fights. Now imagine Usyk who is superior to Ortiz in every way. I reckon Usyk would knock Wilder out mid rounds.

Usyk goes to Tuscaloosa and makes Wilder look like a bum and makes him quit.

A bit like Loma vs Tank situation. But in this case, Wilder is less technical than Tank.
