Aj's issues weren't training or management. He tried to outduel the most skilled HW and looked buffoonish. The Ruiz fight showed AJ can course correct, against a certain style at least, if need be. Usyk is too far beyond any corrections Joshua can make however. As for Usyk looking like an amateur, I've never seen Terrible Tim look as fluid in the ring as I've seen Usyk look on multiple occasions so that's a bit of "green eyes".
A lot of pundits are saying sack McCracken but a new trainer might only have a few months with him before the rematch. It's likely going to confuse Joshua even more than he was at the end of the 12th having a whole new team and approach. Carry on though.
Wilder & AJ both have pretty much had the same trainer(s) since birth. Meanwhile Usyk has had many Fury has also had many including McKraken for one camp. If you're "still learning" under the same (amateur) trainer for 10+ years you probably suck. Watch Usyk & Fury over their careers and the amount of versatility compared to AJ is insane.
Your an idiot if u think sooon woukd make him cross armed defence just because he did —- does manny paqiou fight like Freddie roach ??? No !!! Your dumb
Well Joshua's not beating Usyk regardless. Also how do you know Joshua's looking for a new trainer ? I can't find any articles on it. Don't know if you're lying about Hearn personally telling you that
AJ doesn’t have enough power to KO him, Usyk’s chin is solid AF. The only person who could do that is Wilder. No one else in the division could KO Usyk.
Strange response as no one mentioned Pac... But Roach is very good at unlocking and enhancing a fighter's offense. I saw in the Usyk fight that Joshua was throwing mostly arm punches and he wasn't able to get off. That had much to do with Usyk, but Usyk largely had his way because Joshua wasn't effective with his shots. He didn't give Usyk a damn thing to think about. Joshua's not outboxing Usyk, so the only thing he can do differently in a rematch is improve his offense. Robert Garcia might also be a good fit. And yeah, being a 6' 6" heavyweight and big ass man, you should be able to power through a smaller guy who everyone deemed was too small.
Why would Joshua get Hearn to sort out a new trainer? Hearn/Matcheoom are his promoters, not his manager. Unless of course it’s bollocks.
They are looking for a new trainer !!!!! McCracken is a done deal !!!! No idea who it’s gonna be but Tim Witherspoon has been contacted !!!
No Hearn didn’t tell me this !!!! Tim Witherspoon has been approached and a slew of others ( Tim told me that also ) he thinks he won’t get the gig but trust me on one thing macrackin is gone !!!
That's funny. To bring this full circle, that's like saying Tim Witherspoon's boxing manager was Carl King, not Don King.
