Usyk got one win over Joshua and now he's able to compete with any heavyweight in history

Usyk is so well rounded and has next to no glaring weaknesses (body, but aint that everyone?) - he IS a tough night for any heavyweight in history. Would he win 'em all? Of course not, but it's hard to think of many he wouldn't be competetive in.

Usyk is like the Top Trump card that has over 90 in every category, with 100 in Stamina and Footwork!

While skilled, I don't think he's been tested FULLY. I don't want that received in a bad way, he has been tested, but has he been threw the depths of tested. If that makes sense.

IMO he was seriously gut-tested by Breidis - that was a close fight; the Briedis from that night would tear the HW top 10 a new a-hole aside from Fury!

Could it be there simply weren't a lot of top ranked SPs?

Yep there was 2 during his time and 1 fringe contender.

Moorer specifically said after beating Holyfield he had no desire to unify, namely he wasn't fighting Lewis.

Byrd well we all know what happened there. Fact is not even Byrd's promoter wanted the fight, King paid Lewis to vacate his belt so he could make Byrd/Holyfield. Lewis at the time was trying to rematch Tyson, settled for Johnson instead who was replaced on short notice by Vitali.

Sanders was never really in contention, only time he was remotely considered as a possible opponent was just prior to his fight with Rahman which he lost and so was never considered again.

Breidis is an absolute elite fighter.
Imo will he be hell for almost everyone.
The quality usyk beat at cruiser is just insane, thats why he is imo the goat at cruiser.
    - Glowacki was an unbeaten legitimate southpaw power puncher champ.
    - huck was a former elite champ with big power
    - breidies absolute elite operater and very heavy puncher, with certified win for the belt against huck
    - gassiev is imo an absolute nightmare, tough as nails with murderous power, also unbeaten double champ who became champ the hard way (lebedev, diablo und unbeaten dorticos)
    - bellew was a joke in comparison to the other guys but the most famous

His cruiserweight run is absolute incredible and clearly atg material and imo the most difficult to win in the history of cruiserweight. Dont forget, every fight ln the other guys hometown

If you exclude the bums he KO'd, Lewis won inside the distance against between 10 and 15 opponents but 10 others didn't get beaten within the distance. The most notable comparison would be 36 and 37 year old Holyfield, who had been KO'd 3/4 years prior by Bowe and knocked down by him 3 times over 3 fights. This was a Holyfield on the cusp of losing to John Ruiz and not only could Lewis not KO this version of Holyfield over 24 rounds, he also couldn't KD him. In the rematch, the consensus is that Holyfield won 4 rounds and all of the evidence suggests that Usyk is considerably better than Holyfield: a historically unique southpaw mover (Lewis never fought a southpaw and fought a couple of washed/mediocre movers) with outstanding skills and speed, excellent chin and an A* engine among many other positive attributes.

Opponents who didn't lose within the distance against Lewis: Ocasio, Billups, washed Tucker, McCall 1, Mercer, Mavrovic, old Holyfield 1, old Holyfield 2, Tua, Rahman 1

Opponents who outboxed Lewis as long as the fight lasted: Bruno, Vitali

Bellew was also outboxing Lewis as long as the fight lasted and Hunter was outboxing Usyk for 4 rounds until he started gassing because he overexerted himself early on. But you're going to throw this under the rug right ?

Lennox could go on the attack when need be …. I’d go with Lennox by stoppage.

Lennox has certainly been lit up and almost beaten by guys Usyk's size who aren't half as skilled.

That said, I consider Lewis to be an ATG who was adaptable. This would be a tough fight for both guys.

Something that's starting to dawn on people is that not only has there not been an Usyk before, there hasn't been a fighter even remotely similar to Usyk in the HW division.

Holyfield had a lot of success in the rematch with Lewis.
