Is Otto Wallin The Darkhorse Of the Division?

If he beats Whyte the correct takeaway should be more "Whyte is battle-ravaged" than "Wallin actually was a great contender this whole time!".

Wallin is a good but not strong enough heavyweight, Yes he endured 12 rounds against Fury but Pianeta also endured all 12 rounds...

 

come on man . Wallin isn’t bad and fury isn’t very good so that’s what we saw that night. If wallin had more power Fury would have been mauled to death.

 

I wouldn't take that Fury fight seriously if I were you... Fury is famous for fighting lower opposition at their level... just doing the bare minimum to get the job done. We see the best of Fury when he's up against serious opposition.

 

He is essentially a top 15 fighter who will make the top 10 every now and then

I like him and I genuinely feel on any given night he can give most fighters a hard time and even potentially pull off upsets

 

Big risk for Whyte again. I hope Whyte wins because I REALLY want to see Whyte in a title fight.

Whyte vs Fury or Wilder would be so ****ing funny. He's going to get decimated either way, but the build up and the gloves are off are going to make it the whole thing worth it.

 

It's going to be so interesting. Wallin is a good boxer and he's 6ft 5. He's taller than whyte and arguably a better boxer.

I am grateful to Whyte for picking a decent fighter.

Top 3? LOL. If he beats Whyte I'd put him 7/8th, and move Whyte down to 10th, solidifying the end of any title hopes of Whyte.

 

I can see Whyte fighting as dirty as he can get away with when he fights Wallin,just like Parker fight but in all probability even dirtier. The ref for this fight needs to stamp his authority on Whyte early to put a stop to any of his shenanigans.

 

I'd like to see Wallin win, as I just think Whyte's a ***** who believes his own hype.

But I do think Whyte wins.
