https://www.premierboxingchampions.com/sites/default/files/Steve_Cunningham_superhero.jpg USS Steve Cunningham, only loses at cruiserweight were close (either way) fights with Adamek twice and Wlodarcyzk, Hernandez twice, what do you guys think
Usyk would beat him but he's a top 10 ATG cruiser with his best 2 wins over Huck in Germany (KO12, Huck drew with 2012 Povetkin) and G. Jones: both of whom beat ATG cruiser Lebedev (though not without controversy in either case). He also beat and got robbed against at least 3 other high level cruisers (Wlod in his backyard he beat once and got robbed against once, he beat Adamek in the rematch but was robbed) and Glazkov when USS was 38.5. He only KO'd once in his 40 fight career; by 255 lbs 24.5 year old Fury.
what about the first Adamek fight and the Hernandez fights? did he get robbed on those as well? Glowacki?
All of those fights were competitive (the Glowacki UD less so but Cunningham was 39.5 and Glowacki stopped a near-prime or prime Huck) but he lost them. Cunningham won most of the rounds vs Adamek in the first fight but got knocked down too much. Hernandez beat Cunningham x2 but Braithwaite KO'd Hernandez in 3 and Cunningham beat Braithwaite.
Usyk would dominate imo. Cunningham might well win some of the early rounds like Hunter but he ultimately gets beaten wide on the cards or stopped.
No, Adamek clearly won. Kept knocking down Cunningham in the first fight. In the second fight, silly commentator Blow Job Flores (a personal friend of Cunningham) was rooting for him and created the lie that Cunningham deserved to win.
i think usyk beats cunningham then cunningham cries about it for years where he gives credit then says he won cse "he did X y and z illegal **** to me"
