Gladiator (1992) springs to mind. I can't remember if it's any good.

I haven't seen a lot of these since I was a kiddo when I didn't KSAB, might be good to watch a few of these nowadays.

Rocky 4 was the second best Rocky imo, not for writing quality obviously but it gets you pumped up like none of the others.

Wasn't big on Creed. The fight scenes were very well done (especially compared to the originals) but I wasn't interested in much else in the film, the characters, the music etc. The sequel seemed like nostalgia bait, I don't remember much about it.

Will also say that the 'story' of Fight Night Champion wasn't too bad.

Rocky 1-3, the series started declining after that. The only one I really don't like is The Hurricane because it's based on lies and tries to deify a violent psychopath.

Movie was very good till Swank cracks her neck on a stool that is INSIDE THE RING. Completely ridiculous. Then she bites her tongue off. Wow.

Undisputed was bad in most areas in my opinion, but overall I like it for one reason, Ving Rhames. His back must have been hurting because he carried the hell out of that movie.

    The Great White Hype
    Snake Eyes
    Undisputed
...are a few more. Snake Eyes and Undisputed suck but are enjoyable to me in the "i like bad movies sometimes" sort of way. Only ever watched a few minutes of Great White Hype.

Rocky I-IV are classic for a reason. Million Dollar Baby is amazing and i liked Cinderella Man too (though i imagine someone who doesnt like boxing and/or the 20's/30's wouldnt).

I Iike most of the movies listed but I am a bit of a closet Rocky fan. I remember in particular seeing Rocky IV at the cinema in St Alban's with the missus and loads of people were standing up shouting & cheering Rocky on as if it was a real bout!

The general buzz from people leaving the cinema that night was hyper.

Hell, if I'd had my way back in the day it would have been "Rocky Balboa And The Temple Of Doom"

I quite enjoyed the creed movies too.
