I've got to give him that. He may not have the best chin, might have a padded record, and not be particularly skilled, but he sure gives it his all. And he deserves credit for that.
He does, a Dosser and a delusional ***** he might be but there was no lack of heart shown by him today, not one iota. Entertaining stuff.
But is heart enough? im not ****housing, its an actual question. Is heart enough to legitimize a fighter?
It is a positive quality, and it can make up for other deficiencies. For example, I do not back away from my longstanding contention that Wilder's chin is shaky, as Nichols and Sconiers revealed all those years ago. BUT, he makes up for it, somewhat with incredible heart - which was not fully evident until these last two Fury fights. If Wilder didn't have heart, he would have been finished early in both fights. His chin is THAT bad.
Lol at his chin is fragile, he got knocked down and he got up quickly each time. That last ko was more fatigue, exhaustion more than anything. Wilder is more game for a dog fight, slugfest than AJ. Wilders best weight is 211-215 lbs
I want to see him fight other top guys now. Fury 3 times is enough for me, now fight other guys and see how you do. Ruiz, Whyte anyone at the top.
Wilder earned my respect with that performance. The heart he showed in there was 10/10. There just wasn’t any quit in him whatsoever despite the amount of clean shots he took. A true warrior and comments about him not having a chin are immature
His corner should of never let him out for rd 11, he had nothing left by then, so yeah he showed heart to just get up off his stool because he probably knew he was basically getting up to get a beating and stopped.
yes he does. However, its not up to you to decree that NOTHING else matters. It sure does. You watch yourself Zakman.
Yeah, he has tremendous heart and, at worst, an above average chin. The very fact that these “chincheckers” feel compelled to bring up a fight that none of us have seen from 11 years ago to degrade it is enough of a suggestion how little Wilder has going against him in punch resistance department.
