Quite likely.. Fury nullified Wlad and Wilder in completely different ways. Usyk would be different again. Can imagine Fury keeping it as long as possible scoring with the jab, then smothering Usyk anytime he comes remotely within range. Still think it could be interesting though.. Usyk is too good not to have success. Just think he won't have enough power to make it tell.

@Mitch87 cannot see that Wilder knocked down the greatest heavyweight in the current era twice last night and fought through many difficult rounds until he got stopped. The best Heavyweight fight seen for years since Rice Pudding Ruiz humiliated Tony Dosh PPV and credit to both men in the ring last night. Whether @Mitch87 likes it or not, The Gypsy King is a living legend who will be remembered 100 years from now.
I cannot recall a fighter you describe above, knock down the best Heavyweight in the current era by a mile and living legend, FOUR Times in three fights and being on the brink of winning twice. Sometimes you need to focus on a great fight between 2 great warriors who provided great entertainment last night.
Yes the same Whyte who got beat by one of best and proven HWs in povetkin and then avenge the lose. Also beat Parker, Chisora x 2, Rivas and Helenius.

Jesus wept man, he got beat by a ghost of Povetkin, was lucky to escape the 1st round versus Joshua (and has ducked him furiously since), gifted the Chisora 1 decision, hell even the Chisora 2 fight he was losing and was helped by a Matchroom ref, butted Parker to victory and dead on his feet at the end, not even gonna bother with Rivas (nor mention the dodgy drug samples afterwards) and Helenius. Whyte isn't quality mate. He's improved yes, but you only think he's quality as Eddie has told you enough times that he is.
Come on mate, Povetkin should have retired 5 years before the first fight, he was just coming out of hospital for the 2nd fight recovering from Covid. He could barely walk to the ring. Just quit the trolling, even if I have bitten.
It is boring isn't it. He seriously suggested that Wilder could now be a good "rankings boosting" fight for HUGHIE Fury. It's incredibly dull, non-stop attempts to score points.
Retired 5 years before? He held his own against a very good Hunter, beat Hughie and had his best career win against Whyte. Funny no speaks like this about Ortiz (Wilders only notable win) despite Povetkin having the superior resume.

I agree with you in that Whyte is very good and has beaten some "decent" boxers, relative to his own level. He's overcome guys in 50-50 bouts. I also don't buy the Povetkin coming out of hospital rhetoric - zero proof of that. Whyte was knocked spark out, probably due to complacency. It's a bad loss, really. Your assessment of records is quite amusing. Even after last night you will still say Joshua has a better record, despite having two losses and only one win at the top level - Fury's sloppy seconds, on home soil, against a retiring man.
Entertaining fight but hardly a classic. It wasn't even the most entertaining fight of the night (Cheeseman bs Williamson).
