    He's a warrior in the ring but a bit of a weasel outside of it.

    I gained a lot of respect for him when I saw him getting blessed by a priest like figure in the dressing room before the bout. . He had his eyes closed and you could see how badly he wanted to win. He was fighting Fury again for glory more than money , I admire that

    Wilder has respect from most who watched the fight for what he was able to show in it.
    As a person though, his actions speak for themselves and he has been treated accordingly. He's an absolute fool.

    Is he supposed to say yeah, my feelings are I hate you, can’t stand the sight of you cos you’re a pos but I respect you? That just been a damn two faced hypocrite

    Wilder is free to not show respect, we are free to think less of him for it and say as much on this forum dedicated to sharing opinions on boxing and all things related.

    Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. It must really hurt and sting to prepare two years for a fight and to still fall short. Your emotions and adrenaline can get the better of you at the moment. Maybe he will come to terms with the loss in a week

    Sorry but, universally, right across the board and from Fury himself, all I've heard is how tough and brave Wilder was throughout the fight and how he gave it his all right up to the KO. I think Wilder is a total complete and utter wanker but, there's no denying he's an absolute warrior when it comes to his fighting spirit, he just has this nasty habit of shitting all over everything good that he does and you're wrong by the way. In this day and age of MSM, every sport and sporting career should be treated as a personality contest if you want to maximise your commercial value.

    If you're getting punched in the head 50-100 times a fight, you want to earn as much $ as you can as it might be your last.
