If he has Lennox Lewis/Wlad type of skills, his power would show more as he can land those punches much more cleanly,

 

No, he is in the top 3 punchers of all time, when you say this people take it as if you're saying he is in the top 3 of all time, there are journeymen boxers that punch harder than some of the greatest of all time, and obviously they ain't better than them, for example, Jeff Merritt punched harder than Ali or Holmes or even Louis possibly, but they would all still beat him

 

So was Shaver's not a huge puncher because Holmes shook it off? You can be a massive puncher and not be able to stop the very best, especially when you arent that skilled yourself.

 

Your reasoning makes no sense, just because a great fighter with great recuperative abilities gets up from a big punch doesn't mean the said puncher is not a great puncher. Foreman or Shavers never even knocked down Ali does that mean Foreman and Shavers are not 2 of the biggest punchers of All Time.........No, of course not. Hagler taking Mugabi and Hearns power.....McClennan and McCallum taking Julian Jacksons power. See how your logic makes no sense.

He stopped Stiverne in the rematch and stopped Duhaupas and Szpilika, so he has stopped everyone he fought except Fury

 

The fact he still had so much power when he could barely stand from exhaustion - is impressive.

If anything I was more impressed by his power in that fight.

 

Wilder obviously hits hard, I'd say he's the hardest puncher of this heavyweight era but the idea he belonged among the best heavyweight punchers ever was just plain insulting when you look at the guys he stopped. When does KOing Breazeale, Stiverne, Ortiz and Szpilka make you one of the best punchers ever?

Sure Wilder has a lot of KO's but the match making of his fights had a lot to do with that. He fought a lot of chinny journeymen and even as a champion he was defending against guys like Molina and Washington who lets be honest would be used by other heavies as guys to pad your record while building to a title shot, not defend your title against. Throw in shot Arreola, shot Stiverne, Duhaupas and old man Ortiz who being Cuban probably has a glass chin and no wonder he's got such a lot of KO's.
