That's because you overrated Fury, and don't take account of the fact that he demolished Wilder utterly. Fury was caught by one lucky punch/mistake (he walked onto it HARD). Fury was 80% of peak preparation for the fight at the most, but he easily destroyed Wilder. My point is that although Fury is IMO the best, he has to work like hell to beat any of these guys. I think he will beat Usyk and Joshua, but Usyk certainly is not a foregone conclusion. Usyk, Joshua beat Wilder. Probably Whyte beats Wilder now too. Wilder is badly damaged and will never recover.
He was ranked #1 by the WBC prior to Saturday night despite the fact he was coming off a completely one-sided biblical shellacking to Fury. I won't be in the least bit surprised if Mauricio let's him retain that sport or promotes him to the interim champ now and threatens to strip Fury if he doesn't accommodate him again with the next 100 days.
It’s not just skill, it’s the shear will of Wilder, his style, his unpredictability, hits very hard and from different angles. I do rate AJ though I still think AJ and maybe Hunter & Usyk are the only fighters of this era that can beat Fury. I respect your opinion though

I favor Joshua if/when they fight. Wilder has received too much punishment. Look for Joshua to outbox and then KO Wilder. If Wilder fights Ruiz.....if Ruiz's camp will surround him with people....(preferably strong wrestlers....grouchy and strong wrestlers)....that will not let him go any where near buffets, snickers, beer etc...without grabbing him and rasslin him to the ground...Then I would favor Ruiz via KO also.
He might actually have to fight some decent HWs now to get a mandatory shot. Hes been feasting on cans his whole career. He might actually have to fight guys like Joyce and Whyte to get a title shot now.
He's damaged goods for sure and it will be interesting to see how much he has left. He'll still have the power punch to rely on but his stamina is another question all together.

Same. It is only an opinion of course. I just speculate that the Usyk/Joshua "side of the draw" is stronger than some people believe. Nobody knows until it happens. I think it's: 1.Fury 2.Usyk 3 Joshua Wilder is finished IMO. Too much serious damage absorbed mentally and physically. Still, he is a helluva brave guy, and that might put him in the wheelchair. Like, he's the opposite of Joshua, who clearly is aware of and wants to avoid the neurological damage.
Good. The division doesn't need fighters retiring but wilder is going to have to fight some live opponents now. That easy run he was gifted with for so long is well and truly over.
The question is... If he preferred to fight journeymen in his prime and at his peak confidence, do we really expect him to take on all comers now he's been beaten and exposed as incapable of fighting on the back foot? I somehow doubt it, but we'll see!
Yes we will have to see,but Wilder now has a point to prove and his stock has also gone up with the manner in which he lost to Fury this second time. What ranking he now has with the sanctioning bodies will no doubt dictate which path he takes as he fights on .
