I personally think Usyk wins this one, pretty comfortably too.

Usyk had a lot of marks to the face and I don't think AJ was every really even hitting him particularly hard.

Do you honestly think Usyk gets up if he cops that right hand that Fury did? For me he gets sent into next year.

I still think Fury is a disaster for Usyk. Just a horrible, horrible styles match-up. I expected Joshua to lose to Usyk but I expect Usyk to lose to Fury. I would bet on Fury at those odds.

Awesome win for Usyk if he pulls it off though. I mean it would really, really impress me if he managed it.

Usyk doesn't know how to fight, he only knows how to box. Tyson knows how to fight and box. Chisora fought Usyk and almost beat him. Fury is 10x smarter than Chisora. Fury will be like an octopus with his gigantic reach, tie Usyk up, and hit him with those pot shots that he loves to do. all that leaning on Usyk will definitely slow him down. 60/40 to Fury

He back peddled afterwards. I might be mistaken about the round. He did get hurt and regained his composure and recovered well.

It was the only round i gave to Joshua where he landed that shot which made Usyk backpeddle.

AND ? It's a fight. You want him to be perfect and not get hit in the face with PRIME AJ ? Really ?

I said show me when he was visibly hurt, like wobbly legs or something like that. IF he was hurt, surely there must be some pics of it. LIke we have vidoes of AJ unbalanced and shaky.

What makes you think that someone would hit fast moving Usyk with his defence like that in the first place ? Fury got hit because he was sloppy.

Fury has to be 70/30 this time. I want same odds that Usyk had against AJ.

I gave him 5.. Usyk 7. 115-113 Usyk... Fury could easily take Chisora's plan, and execute it perfectly imo

Usyk beat Chisora fair and square. He had some issues with Chisora's aggressive style early on but kept his cool and outboxed him. The matchroom commentators helped in swaying the viewer's opinions on that one.

I do think Fury hasn't faced an opponent like Usyk before and vice versa which makes it a very compelling matchup.

I think Usyk's performance was amazing but Joshua's performance was also very lacklustre. I think Joshua needs to regain confidence and go in with a new gameplan if it's even possible at this point.

Watch rounds 5-8 and Joshua threw a mild right hand a couple of time and Usyk was hurt. He's wasn't massively hurt, but even Usyk himself said for 2 seconds he was on another planet.

If Joshua had followed up he maybe could have damaged Usyk further.

I'm not saying Usyk was on the verge of collapse, but a 30% right hand from Joshua seemed to stun him, and his words would imply that was the case.

Yeah, but it was not visible like that to say that at the specific moment he was hurt.

Both AJ and Fury have the tools / attributes to beat Usyk, but Fury also has the boxing IQ and that combination should be enough as long as he's in the best possible physical condition.

I rate Usyk extremely highly and he deserves all the respect he's getting but a fit and focussed Fury should win this fight 8 times out of 10.

Can't write off the Cat at all. But Fury's strength and size with brains is something extremely hard to stop. Fury can't get tired but he could be lit up. Fury talking combinations is something that's never happened frequently.

I just don't see how Usyk beats him. Usyk came in at his heaviest against AJ and Fury STILL has 25 kilos on him. For me beating Fury is a mountain to climb now for any of the heavyweights, particularly Usyk with that size difference.

I thought this way too, and I agree that a peak Fury has all the stylistic advantages in theory ..... but Fury looked really slow against Wilder on the weekend. I'm beginning to think that Usyk might actually win this one despite the size disadvantage, besides I have no confidence in Fury looking after himself, being motivated, and getting into shape for fighting Usyk either.

Fury would care far more if he were fighting Joshua due to the rivalry. Also, the threat of being knocked out by Wilder / Joshua tends to focus him. Fury hasn't done that well against smaller fighters he's expected to beat in the past, either.
