If this has turned in to PPV events this quickly then I can only assume they are losing money and lots of it.

Because this won't end well for them here in the U.K.

People were happy to leave Sky Sports and have DAZN on a promised subscription based deal with apparently no PPvs and after Hearns last show with Sky within a couple of months it's now being suggested the big fights could end up PPV.. Errr good luck with that.

But Hearn has set the market value for a lot of his fighters, he created this environment, his fighters earn more and he earns more so it's in Hearns interest to rob boxing fans.

But if AJ makes the move to DAZN then £8 a month isn't going to cover the cost.

Even the likes of Whyte expect PPV monies and again £8 a month isn't covering it.

I just looked back in emails and answered their survey for them. Will be cancelling now too, as others have said, it's the only way they'll listen.
Anything more than 8 quid a month to watch, Whyte, Chisora, Smith, Fowler, Buatsi and the rest is a disgrace. This is Hearn's fault, he's inflated the sport to ****, overpaying them beyond belief.

Fury, Wilder, AJ, Usyk, Canelo .. the only real PPV fighters over here.

Yeah, "does not have any plans......". YET

"but but but but but we had the chance to bring you AJ and Whyte and we thought you'd like the opportunity to pay £30 to watch them on a STACKED CARD, The best card Eddie have ever put together"

If this starts gathering any sort of pace then I will assume AJ is going DAZN.

Hearn has basically been sacked off by Sky, even on his last show they barely spoke to him or had anything to do with him and he didn't sound that happy about it.

So I can't imagine Hearn would be telling AJ to resign with Sky Sports Boxing, DAZN isn't covering AJ on a £8 subscription, no way.

So they will have to do something and PPV sounds about the only option.

It was 100% inevitable to anyone with an IQ above 50.

But this is why DAZN deserve to be slaughtered for it

    A very strange survey.

£29.99. No way they would do ppv at that price. That would be suicide.

But AJ and his management will sign with whatever network can deliver the most returns.

With sky AJ can pretty much be certain of 1 mil or close to mil ppv buys.

Even if DAZN do ppv there is no guarantee he would get the same sort of buys so I'm still not convinced AJ walks away from sky box office.

The only reason I can see DAZN thinking this will work is the sign ups for the recent shows has been strong and they believe they have a customer base who will also buy ppv.

I really don't see the point with the survey as if people are asked would they pay £29.99 the majority will say no. Now that doesn't mean they all wouldn't buy it if it was real but a survey gives the customer the chance to tell DAZN that they won't.

The survey could have said AJ v Wilder or AJ v Fury and even with those fights enough people would answer 'no'.

Tbf, when I said no chance to that, the next few questions on the survey were about ppv at £10.
They're definitely going to do it I reckon.
