It is fine if you pick Fury, & you are one who always chooses the bigger modern guys. Size is one advantage. But Frazier is only "puny" compared to such giants. Why be so disrespectful to call a great HW champion "puny"? The fact that he is much smaller than SHWs does not mean it is good to use such insults. And you will drive people *away* from your positions when you seem to have so much contempt, & so little respect.
Ali trying to slug with Fury would be a terrible idea. The last thing you want to give a guy with a huge advantage in dimensions and 50lb in weight, is a chance to maul you and lean all over you for 12 rounds. Ali's lack of training and footwork for Manilla nearly got him stopped against 215lb Frazier. What's 277lb Fury going to do? Honestly, the flatfooted, slugger version of Ali gets stopped against Fury in the second half of the fight.
doesn't matter what you like it's not logical to pick him when Ali is in this state he is outweighed by alot and cant move that good or cant use that rope lay and being drained of his energy by a person who is a master at using their weight
I don't need any evidence, since it ain't about that. It's about the fact that modern boxers have superior punching technique which allows them to hit way harder than someone from the 1800s. Not to mention their bodies are just better, due to superior training and conditioning.
Calling Frazier puny is not disrespectful, puny means he's small. Calling a small person small in not an insult.
It's a tough fight to call. Prime for prime, I'd go with Ali. But Manila was past-prime Ali. But then again, the other night, Fury looked past-prime, rusty and out-of-shape himself. He's 33, same age as Manila Ali, and he hasn't exactly taken great care of his body. But does that even it up for Ali to be favoured still? I'm not sure, because in a flat-footed fight between two sloppy, heavy versions of each fighter, Fury might have the edge.
I explained that to that crazy troll everything you said is the same I said just in a different way its obvious we both are right it's no way like I always said any of those dudes would be able to beat those 70s-90s mid or big name boxers they would be destroyed most important thing you said way better punch tech and add way better movement to maximize effectiveness of punches evidence is on vid
I hate that dumb quote of who did a person beat that quote I never agreed with what does a person beating somebody have to do with on a style and skills area nothing it is no way that ali has a easy time fighting a person who uses their weight more then anybody ali ever fought then add fury is akward and can punch from angles and has good defense and is a good counter puncher
take Ali from ANY Fight and Fury as you please, and there is Still NO COMPARISON... Dear Lord, what has happened to people, Ali is One of the GREATEST Fighters of All time, because it was both Visibly Plain to SEE and Equally because he PROVED IT against a good few Great & Top Historic fighters. IF Ali is Elite, Tyson Fury is Very Good, in between you've got GREAT and Great fighters as I've always said Fury is 2cd rate. 30 fights, ONE Historic Name, who is neither Elite or GREAT, then 4 other Noted Fighters who are Very Good or good fighters and then you're Club Fighters X 24. C'mon.
we have advanced is what happened the matchup is this ver of ali which didnt move as good and wasnt used to a person using their weight like fury or was ali used to a person who could counter good like fury this ali has a big problem for those reasons you people need to stop being so stuck in past
Sorry man, IF we couldn't SEE a whole host of Past Heavyweight's then 'maybe' you 'might' have a discussion... But We CAN SEE and we can See Fury is Sub Par to them!!!
