With this being a very possible fight, who takes it? My apologizes if a similar thread has been made, haven't seen it yet.

Well, his fans are actually talking about this fight.

Should be solid fight if Wilder will be the same as with Fury.

Wilder by KO. Ruiz is too stationary, has no footwork or head movement, has short arms & no defense. That's a recipe for disaster against Wilder. Also, his chin is overrated & was exposed by an old Arreola - a guy Wilder played with & stopped in 8 rounds.

The only stationary fighter I see surviving vs Wilder is Joyce because of an insane chin, and maybe Joshua if Joshua ko's first.

To risky for either camp and I d say more so for Wilder. If Ortiz can outbox Wilder then So Will Ruiz and he is quicker. Sure there is always a chance Wilder lands that right but he can also receive some punch from Ruiz that makes him flash back to Fury. It is another fight where all the pressure is on Wilder. He is coming of a two fight KO lose.

If Ruiz finishes Wilder, it's over for him. If Wilder finishes Ruiz, it's over for Ruiz, in terms of being a champion that is.

I think Ruiz will push him back, make Wilder less effective and probably be up on the cards or at least in pretty even fight until Wilder lands a bomb to end it.

The Ruiz of AJ1 probably beats Wilder. Tough enough to take a shot and could spend long spells out boxing and outworking Wilder and keeping him on the back foot. The height difference would give Ruiz a chance to sit of Wilder's chest and bang away to the body.
Ruiz of now. I think the weight loss has probably taken something away from his punch resistance - guys dropping a lot of weight never fair well after doing so.

I'd favour Wilder right now to pull out the bomb at some point it's a good fight for sure.

Ruiz is skillful and fast but I don't think he can KO Wilder after Wilders proven toughness. I do think Ruiz buckles under those right hands though.

It’s a great, fight. Nearly a pick ‘em, but a slight edge to Wilder. I’d love to see this match. Andy’s ability to duck under the right hand and come back with a left hook could spell disaster for Wilder. Wilders right hand vs Ruiz’ giant head is a solid matchup in its own right.

I would not be surprised one bit if Ruiz KOs him.
Ruiz is very good on the inside, Wilder is very bad on the inside.

Ruiz has a fantastic chin, he'd be able to resist a few big shots.

Ruiz often reminds me of Ray Mercer. Remember when Mercer almost beat Lennox? Never underestimate a fat and shorter guy. Ruiz proof he could threw hell of combo in first fight against AJ. Its all depend on his motivation and preparation.
