It doesn't matter if they've lost before. Fury didn't beat them. If he wants to be the best he has to clear out the division. He should atleast fight AJ & Usyk before retiring.

I literally just said AJ and Usyk yes.

Whyte doesn't need to fight him, he's a plodder.

There are several top heavies of this generation. I’d certainly hope that Fury fights more than one of them.

Big Fury fan but he certainly hasn’t ‘done it all’. There’s two massive fights out there for him in AJ and Usyk (which I think he wins both) that’ll put his legacy in a different league to what it is now. If he retires without fighting at least one of them it’ll leave a question mark over his career. He needs to stay sharp and active though because that version against Wilder wasn’t impressive to be honest.

Probably will. British fighters tend to retire earlier than any other country.

Why would he willingly want to stay inactive for a further nine months just for shits and giggles?

Cause it’s Fury, the guy loves his inactivity and was in a tough fight. If he’s considering retirement he should just take a break and fight a real champion when they are available. I’m pretty sure he’s not gonna fight anytime soon either way

    Fight winner of Joshua/Usyk.

If he wins that fight then he should defends the belts then retire.

Let the new generation coming through and whoever is left fight for the vacated belts.

I'm pretty sure he'll fight the Whyte in the meantime.

Unless Whyte loses to Wallin, in which case the fans will be robbed of Fury-Wallin 2 because Wallin is contractually obliged to rematch (if Whyte loses), which is ridiculous.

Whyte deserves nothing. He was ktfo by a shot Povetkin, with whom he is 1-1.

Fury-Usyk should be next for all the marbles.

I can’t see a fury retiring without getting the undisputed fight .
