Shitty behavior from Wilder. But he just got KTFO. Let's see if he can come around.

 

The funniest thing is that the only person who was cheated was Fury because he won the first fight. Yet he took it well and gave Wilder respect. Look at Wilder's face after the first fight when they announce the decision. PRetty obvious who was relieved and who was disappointed.

 

Wilder being a sportsman would've been a perfect ending to this story, shame...

 

Wilder thanked Fury on Twitter today and congratulated him on his victory.

Wilder tenacity and sheer will in the ring reminded me of Ali Frazier. Frazier spent his whole life hating Ali after the conclusion of their trilogy and never forgave him for some of Ali’s taunts. I don’t see any problem with Wilder taking a few days to come to grips with such a devastating loss.

 

I think some people here are taking things way to personally.

People who really should know better.

 

People are reading too much into this. It is not unreasonable that a fighters adrenaline, emotions can get the better of him after an intense fight and beat down. Did Tyson Fury ever acknowledge that John McDermott ever actually beat him? Did he ever concede he was lucky to have been allowed to fight against Otto Wallin on that cut?

 

Kudos on at least giving the green light to this tweet (we all know it was written up by some PR guy).

Let's now see Wilder actually give credit to Tyson in a face to face interview. He does that and I think a lot of people will be willing to forgive him his poor showing post fight.
